The appartement was a little dirty, nothing much but still noticeable. I received a lot of emails urging me to validate my reservation even though I had already done it. That was annoying.

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. We stayed for two nights and made nice daytrips by car. The area felt safe and we found parking quite close. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Lovley flat! Nice comfortable beds Great, we had towels and extra pillows or duvet. Like little cooker and all equipment we could use.

Shame it wasn't English version of check in. Flat was bit cold and after kids showers I did not have a hot water. No parking space.

BEAUTIFUL!! Really cozy and well decorated. We loved our suite. The bed was confortable, you have everything you need for at least 1 week stay and the bathroom was a tad small but practical. The owner really took care of the interior design.

If you have a car it can be complicated to find a parking spot in the area during nighttime. Maybe add a decent size cooking knife.

The apartment is big enough space for a family of three. It is 10 minutes walk away from the metro station. The bed and tables are very clean.

The water level of the water heater for the shower is set to the lowest, which only allows one person to take a very quick shower. We couldn't raise the water level by ourselves because it is controlled by an app in an existing device. We contacted the owner and she responded us that she would come to check, but no one came. We stayed there for two nights and experienced cold water shower everyday, which you don't want to do in this weather. The sofa is not very clean, with grease marks on the cushions. And the heater in the living room didn't work so well. We three ended up sleep in one bed, which is not a large bed by the way.

Excellent communication, really helpful information on our stay provided before arrival. Very accomodating of our late arrival. The place was spotless and a very comfortable bed. A baby bed was already set up before our arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

too small for 4. the couch was left for us to prepare it. once opened there was no space for our suitcase and the chairs didn’t fit in the table kitchen. finish and cleanliness see photos.

Cosy courtyard but shared with tenants of other apartments.

- Entrance door (and only window in the living room) opens right in front of the kitchen making it impossible to continue using the kitchen when the window is opened. - Dark rooms. - Apartment is for 4 people (we were 3) but the bathroom (with toilet) is accessible through the bedroom which was a bit incovenient. - Location a bit off but it is neccessary to cross under the railway to get into the centre.

Cute apartment, nice instalations.

Getting the keys from the lock box. The hallway did not have proper lighting and we got the wrong code at the beginning. Took some time to figure it out. Called the owners and they messaged me the proper code. So it worked in the end. Also, the light of the bathroom went out after using the blow hairdryer they provided.

I like little personal extra touches - the interior design was lovely and the extra gifts (tea and coffee) were most welcome. The host was very pleasant and welcoming.

I wasn't certain about the communication boundaries - it seemed quite personal at the beginning but when I had an inquiry I did not receive a response. It should either be kept informal or formal, but consistently so. However, the owner was nice throughout!
