About this apartment rental
We propose to you to rent, in Rennes, this flat with wifi and direct access to the shopping centres Colombia and 3 Soleils, of a surface of 64 m ² exposed south west and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice bright living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A 5 m² balcony to enjoy the beautiful days
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage of the flat.
The entrance to the parking lot is located at 4 rue du Plélo Colombier on level -2, not suitable for large vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rennes station 3.5km
- Nearest airport: 11.5 km
