Location was good

Unless you gave a car and therefore gave access to the car park entry is not easy. Had to walk down the steep drive way - in the dark to gain entry.

The pillows on the bed. Flat & square & not comfortable. These need to be changed & also have extras for people who like to sleep with more than one.

Luxury apartment in central Rennes

Everything we needed was there including wifi chargers for my phone We were even asked how we liked our coffee Within walking distance of le Liberte’ with plenty of bars restaurants and cafe’s on the way

Good condition of the apartment and lay-out, elevator right from the basement

I tried to contact the host and find any instructions how to get in, check-in and park the car and had to contact booking.com for assistance, because there were no instructions at the house and host did not reply a phone call. The letter with instructions from the host arrived with delay. The basement parking is really tiny and purposed for Smarts or similar small cars - I hardly could drive down in/out using my wife's gestures ahead. And finally, as outer temperature was 38C it was no fan in the room, not talking about air conditioning. Terrace was useless at such weather as windows/door were blinded all the time - a feeling of somewhat missed left.

Exceptional

Easy to access, we received the detailed explanation, how to enter to the property, in advance. It's walking distanse from the city center. Clean, beatuful apartment with everything required. We loved the rolling curtains ! One button to press and you are in the full darkness!

The only downside is that the car place in the garage is tiny. My Volvo XC60 hardly could be moved to underground floor, but then didn't fit the place. Basically, just half the car was in. We end up leaving the car on the street parking, which is free from 19:00 till 08:00.

As a City Centre base, this was excellent.

It was spacious, light, very clean with thoughtful touches, and a comfy bed. The balcony was lovely. The building was in a quiet street but within a easy ten minute walk of city centre shops and the beautiful historic quarter of Rennes, with its pedestrianised streets and great cafes and restaurants.

The ‘secure parking’ is a difficult-to-access underground space better suited to a Smart car or Fiat 500 than a VW Touran. The washing machine was ‘out of service’ .

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du centre, dans un immeuble récent. Dès qu'on rentre, ça sent bon, c'est propre et accueillant. Super agréable. On sent que tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien. Nous avons tout aimé. Jolie terrasse. Lit confortable et grand. Calme. La personne avait même prévu du café. Rien à dire, top du top. Je ne vais pas rajouter trop de compliments car j'aimerais bien que l'appartement soit encore disponible la prochaine fois qu'on ira à Rennes. 😉
