Just adequate.

Bathroom sink is on top of a washing machine. Very difficult to access. Bathroom towels were damp... not properly washed and dried. We were told we could Park our car anywhere on the inside lot. In the morning we had a nasty note on our car from someone. Apparently we were parked in his space. (Thay) also wrenched our windscreen wipers up and out of their position. Now they do not work properly.

Bad experience

Location was good, close to the center of the town. Back side of the apartment faces the river and has big trees in the back yard, good protection from the sun.

1) I called the number provided by Booking, 1 day before arrival, and how we are going to get in the apartment. This person told me that some other person will call me. This "other person" called me but could not communicate with me, because he does not speak a work English. Finally someone texted me to meet me at he door. This person could not open the gate to the parking lot (Free-Parking included)- battery was dead. Had to find parking on the street. Apartment was dirty and hazardous: Kitchen mat metal trim broken and lifted - tripping hazard. Dirt and food crumbs under kitchen cabinets, bed sheets and towels unwashed, Thanks for washing machine we washed it ourselves, shower handle broken, someone tried to fix it with tape - did not work, water in the toilet reservoir barely dripping. Once you flush the toilet, have to wait 1/2 hours for it to re-fill. Washroom floors dirty, cobwebs in the corners.

Disgusting staff behaviour, but the room was nice.

The room was nice and comfortable with all the facilities for a one week stay with your family.

The staff. The electricity in the room fused off in the morning and the staff did not come for any sort of help. It was 8am, not early morning, gave excuses like has busy with his family, will come after few hours. I was completely stuck with no electric or internet (wifi). My colleague from office had to come to help me. It took almost an hour for him to locate the fuse box in the apartment after several trial and errors. Very poor behavior from the staff, he could have at least helped in locating the fuse box, but did not even receive my phone call. Disappointing.

Very poor

After I had made my reservation I was expecting a communication from Nicolas, the owner. Instead, it was someone called Fred who via WhatsApp introduced himself as 'Fred Fred booking'. He was asking for my schedule of arriving. There had had been floodings and cut of roads all over France. I was going by car and I could not give an accurate time of arrival. He was adamant... He was going to attend from 15.00 to 18.00 pm. If I arrived any time after 18.00 pm I would lost the reservation. He even sent me a photo of the timetable of check-in from his website (not from the one that shows in mobile navigation). I said that I would do my best to be there by 16.00 pm so as to have a slot of time wide enough to be on time. In fact, I had to renounce to visit some interesting sites on my way to Rennes in order to keep Fred waiting the least the better. I arrived at 14.33 at the place, which I communicated via WhatsApp to Fred. He did not show up at 15.00 pm. In fact, he arrived at 16.25 pm. Inacceptable treatment, greatly UNFAIR, he kept me waiting 85 minutes in addition to the 27 minutes from mi time of arrival to his official time of beginning the check-in. It made impossible for me to visit Rennes by daylight at ease, since I was leaving next day at 8.00 am. All together, it made me lost the day and provoked me a lot of anxiety. In addition, after the reservation was irreversible, THERE APPEARED ON THE RECEIPT A NOTE SAYING THAT ON ARRIVAL THE CLIENT MUST DEPOSIT 400€ CASH, RETURNABLE ON CHECK-OUT AFTER ROOM INSPECTION BY THE PROPRIETOR. Fortunately, none of this was asked, so I could leave as planned without having to wait next day (a Sunday) for getting the deposit back. N.B. There is not bedstead, but a sofa bed, too hard on the back side. Otherwise, the appartment is agreeable.

Cosy et proche de la maison Saint Cyr

Très propre et bien décoré et rénové. Parking protégé au pied de l’immeuble, café et thé toujours agréable. A proximité de l’ehpad saint Cyr.

La TV est loin du lit si on souhaite la regarder du lit . Le quartier est calme mais beaucoup d’immeubles mais je recherchais un logement proche de la maison Saint Cyr, parfait pour cela. La vue sur un petit espace vert est sympa malgré tout.

Seconde réservation et toujours ravie de séjour ! Bien chauffé. Très propre. On respire bien. Un des rares qui acceptent les animaux, proche du centre à pieds pour moi (j'adore marcher !), il y a un parc à chiens superbe à 3min à pieds à peine, c'est vraiment parfait. Merci encore !

Le balcon est un + et également le fait que ils nous laissent à disposition un chauffage électrique ! L appartement est bien équipé en terme de vaisselle et le lit très confortable ! L appartement est à proximité du Super U , pharmacie , bureau de tabac également du centre!
