Great place for a couple to explore Rennes.

Fantastic view & sunsets from 21st floor. Great location: Carrefour, cafes etc in complex next to building; SuperU Express 5 minute walk away from city over river. Walking distance of Rennes city centre. Parking outside, barrier-controlled. We parked nearby then walked to meet the owner, who showed us round & gave us the key. This was her former home & she lives nearby, very helpful, let us in slightly early, spoke English. Well equipped. Washing machine in bathroom & dryer in lounge. Dressing room with wardrobes etc between living room & bedroom. Lifts/elevators were good. A picture of Les Horizons building was etched in the floor of the Champs Libre museum: free, worth a visit).

Baby play pen in living room. Ideal if you have a baby/toddler (also child locks). Didn’t bother us that much, there was plenty of room.

Set in an iconic high-rise block, views were incredible. Well equipped throughout. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Wonderful spot to stay in Rennes

This property is in a quiet area of Rennes, yet close to the city center. The apartment was very clean and had a stunning view of the city. It had everything one could need and there was a Carafour next door. The host was so friendly and helpful. We had a little tricky time finding the parking, but she helped us immediately. I would recommend this booking with enthusiasm.

Very Comfortable Apartment in Rennes

This is a modern and comfortable apartment in a great location. It was great to have parking. You can easily walk to the historic center from there. There is a nearby large supermarket so it is easy to self cater.. The apartment is very well equipped including a washer and dryer. It has great views over the city. The owner was easy to contact via WhatsApp.

Excellent apartment, modern, well equipped and a great view - very comfortable! Had everything we needed and parking was ideal. Met by the host on arrival who explained how everything worked, and that there was a huge market going on the next day just round the corner.

Hard to find any fault really - I wasn’t keen on the hob, however it’s an induction which I’m not used to and no fault of the apartment/owner! Otherwise everything else was spot on.

After several weeks it was nice to be somewhere homely where we could catch up on washing etc

The apartment is lovely and bright and very spacious. The host supplies loads of extras, especially if travelling with young children - baby baths etc.

The area immediately outside the apartment block was a bit rough. On the plus side it was only a block or so from the old town.

Beautifull view on Rennes.

The view over Rennes is amazing. Beside that, the building is completely babyproof(I have no baby, but its good to tell) and has everything you needed. Owner and friend(who brought the key) where very nice and friendly. And if I wanted I could have stayed till 4 o clock.

The bed was a bit hard, there is no blinds againts the sun on hot days. And I couldn't get the handshower working, but also didn't ask the owner.

Zentrale Lage mit tollem Blick über Rennes

Tolle Aussicht vom Appartement, zentral gelegen und alles sauber und super ausgestattet (selten eine so gut equippte Ferienwohnung gesehen). Großer Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz. Außerdem war Imane so lieb und hat uns extra früher einchecken lassen :)

L'appartamento è collocato al ventunesimo piano di un palazzo di trenta e beneficia di una vista a perdita d'occhio sull'orizzonte grazie a vetrate molto ampie sulle pareti. L'ubicazione è strategica perché si raggiunge in auto comodamente ed ha anche un posto auto riservato nel parco, ma è davvero vicino alla zona pedonale del centro città. La proprietaria è gentilissima, ci ha permesso di fare il check-in in orario anticipato e ci ha fornito tante indicazioni ed ottimi consigli. Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è ampio, comodo e ben tenuto. Va solo sostituito il piatto doccia.
