Lieu atypique, îlot arboré résistant aux promoteurs affamés... Un cadre unique, proche du centre (même à pied). L'appartement est très agréable et l'hôte très sympathique. Nous étions en famille (2 ados et parents), nous recommandons vivement.

Das Appartement ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell.
Was schwierig war, war die Lage. Seitlich vom Haus ist eine sehr laute Straße, die man lange am Abend und auch wieder am frühen Morgen hörte - trotz geschlossener Fenster. Leider gab es auch einige Katzen um das Haus und im Treppenhaus. Für jemanden mit einer Katzenhaarallergie nicht leicht.

1. informacja o zwrocie klucza nie była dla mnie jasna klucz został zwrotny do skrzynki na listy, jak zapisane w instrukcji , okazało sie, ze miał byc zwrócony do skrytki, z której został pobrany . 2 .rezerwacja dotyczyła 3 osób , będąc w trasie do hotelu , 30 min przed hotelem, otrzymałam wiadomość, ze przygotowanie mieszkania wykonano dla 2 osob. Okazało sie , ze byla to wiadomość automatyczna , natomiast spowodowała zamieszanie i konieczność kontaktu z hotelem

Le lieu pas loin du centre de Rennes avec un environnement très agréable pas loin du métro. Un équipement très soigné avec en particulier un ventilateur très apprécié, une bonne connexion internet, netflix.
Rien à signaler d'important si ce n'est le fonctionnement des volets
