The location was good as I had to visit the hospital close by, train station close by

I could say this property has done a good marketing job! The place is quite different from what you see in the picture! The owner couldn't speak English or French! The Chinese-owned home that turned into a hotel/hostel got bedbugs after staying here!

Didn't have breakfast. The location is excellent for us as our family live close bye and we therefore use the premises to stay. All meals are at the home of our family. The host is very friendly and helpful. We shall be staying again in December.

Convient as it is close to the Metro and our daughters apartment.

Situated close to my daughter's apartment and within walking distance. Also the metro is close by.

There was no safe in the bedroom (we had the superior King room, superior double room and a double room - ie 3 rooms). Also no coffee in the room.

Great place to stay with young family to visit Paris for a couple of days!

Super clean and comfortable. Great location in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with good local bakeries and restaurants nearby, as well as Metro/buses, plus reasonable distance from airport by taxi. The hosts have limited English but were kind and helpful.

just outside of Paris proper, the BnB was conviently located a short walk to a metro stop and tasty restaurants and cafe

Recommended

I can recommend that place, because it was a very nice stay for my family (pair with one child). We have had clean room with comfortable beds. The dining area was accessible all the time, so we had a chance to stay in the evening at home (after long and busy day) and use food delivery service. We parked our car on the street near the property and used the metro throughout our stay. The metro station is really close, so that was the right choice.

Very comfortable and clean, cosy rooms. Rooms are fully equipped with modern maintenance and furniture. The bed linen is very soft and clean. Very warm rooms, heating works very good. Location is very quite and good because is very closed to metro. At the night birds are singing. Super stay, as at home. Highly recommend!

Very good loft room - great for family of 3/4

We stayed in the family room loft. We arrived late and were met by Luc (forgive me if my memory has got your name wrong) and a large and thankfully very friendly dog! The room was very much beyond our expectations - spotless clean, a newly renovated feel about it all - very comfortable beds - with space to stretch and everything we needed down to toothbrushes and bottled water. A great in-room guide to the Maison Alfort neighbourhood. We tried the very good local Italian restaurant - local patisseries open at dawn. There are nearby laundromats. Yes - its a bit of a way out of town (20 stops on metro from centre of Paris) but this really is a very comfortable, quiet place at a very good price.

There was confusion over breakfast. It was advertised as being provided as an option. Yet we were not offered the choice. It seemed as if breakfast was only available if there were sufficient guests to warrant the effort?? Breakfast would have been a nice option to have.

it was a great stay, the place was very quiet and i was happy it had AC.

i arrived in the hottest day in paris and i was very happy that the room has air conditioning. the places offer good value for money. its very close to subway that link to the paris city center so this was a great.

maybe in the future some small refrigerator in the room would be good. otherwise, all good.

Great location on the outskirts of Paris.

The place was really comfortable. The room was big, the bathroom was spotless and there were a lot of amenities to make the stay comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to a subway station that will take you straight to the Eiffel tower.

The only minor low point is that you need to ring the bell to get the gate open. Not a major inconvenience because the butler is working 24/7.

The staff was very helpful and nice ppl , the room was clean and modern , the place very quiet, i will recommend any friends to book this hotel , near to super market , 5 min walk from metro station of mison alforte stade , the lady and her husband was great and very friendly smiling and helpful family , i loved them alot
