The location was fantastic

It says no smoking but yet my room was stinking of smoke and the fire alarm was taped up, so obviously someone was smoking in the room

Leaving the room

Room stank of smoke. Cigarette but was still there! Room was very dirty. Automatic check in so no chance to change room or complain. My partner got bitten by something in the night, I will be looking for a refund from booking.com
