Beatifull views short ride from slopes

Very nice location with beatiful views, close proximity to walking and cross/country skiing routes, 8min to the cable car for downhill skiing. The cabin appartment is great, very stylish, lots of space. No issue with parking space, snow was cleared. A large area inside the main building for breakfast/evening / common room. Nice and kind owners.

In the peak of winter a bit on the cold side inside at some point, but after request the temperature was increased and all was perfect! A pity that the sitting area near kitchen / kitchen is without or with limited heating, so we could not enjoy the space completely, but in warmer months must be excellent. For noise sensitive people, the cottage does not have very good noise separation between the appartment for rent and the flat of owners / they get up very early, so 5oclock morning wake was not ideal, and hourly old style clock noise, announcing each full hour with the relevant number of rings... but after second day of skiing and a good hard sleep you stop noticing :-)

Superb

Accomodation was typical alpian austrian big house in beautiful quite place in small village with horse farm and lot of other animals. It was 10min by car from Rauris ski centre. For us, it was perfect rest and nice place in our favorite austrian valley.

The room could be bigger and hot water in shower was not working propperly in the beggining, but then it was ok.

Stunning location, friendly hosts (Laura & her husband), we definitely recommend! If you love amazing nature sceneries, animals and peaceful atmosphere away from the main tourist roads and "traps", this is the right place for you. It´s a horse farm in a beautiful quiet valley just 30 minutes from Zell am See. Photos can´t descibe the real feeling and energy of this place. Huge green mountains with several waterfalls right in front of you above the horse stables, beautiful hill with church (hidden gem and must see place) on one side, mountain stream beside the house, small herb garden, beautiful icelandic horses in the hills behind you, cats playing around stables,... etc. etc. :) The main guesthouse is older and need some care but has its unique wooden style. Our apartment in the second floor was simple, clean, two rooms, toilet and bathroom, comfortable beds and great views from window. We´ve found this place by "accident" for one night stay during our family trip thru Alps and Italy. And we regret we couldn´t stay longer to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, horses and all the hidden treasures of the valley. Maybe next summer? :)

Such a lovely and welcoming Guesthouse, and breathtaking views

The farm! The surroundings, the host, cats and naughty dog :-), made me feel só very welcome! Loved the silence and the host took me to the horses and other animals for he had to feed them when I arrived. I could ask him everything I liked to know. It was breathtaking out there. Definately will come back if I'm in the neighbourhood ! For me it was the best experience of my holiday. (if you like staying on a farm.... this is the place)

Eventhough I didn't care at all, but the Guesthouse does need some attention. But over all, it does give you the feeling of staying on a farm(house)

Solide Unterkunft mit Ponys nahe dem Skigebiet.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 separaten Räumen mit schönen Ausblick Es ist direkt in der Nähe ein tolles Skigebiet. Die Ponys auf dem Hof hat den Kindern sehr gefallen.

Betten sehr unbequem. Kein Wechsel der Handtücher und auch kein Reinigen während der 4 Tage.

Prima voor 1 nacht , maar vergaande glorie

Mooi huis van de buitenkant Aardige eigenaars Zeer behulpzaam Bij het ontbijt werd alles aangevuld als dat nodig was Wij waren hier 1 nacht ter overbrugging, dit was oké maar voor meerdere dagen zou ik hier niet willen zitten

Het huis is gedateerd, kamers ( badkamers ) oud . Ontbijt was minimaal , 1 soort brood ( wel ruim voldoende) , geen ei .
