For the price, it was absolutely superb. Only downside was a 20 min walk into Virgen each evening to get food and drinks. There was also only one place open to eat/drink tues/weds

An optimal base for your hikes in Grossvenediger and Virgental areas.

We liked a professionally run and properly equipped apartment in good condition as a perfect starting point for our daily hiking tours. Generally nice views and calm, with free parking space nearby. The kind and forward-going hostess.

All was fine. If anything to mention as disturbing: a small construction site nearby has been active since 7 AM, and a neighbour's chimney is spoiling the panoramic picture from the balcony. There is limited space immediately near the house to walk the dog. Spending time hiking every day meant these very minor negatives had no real impact on our stay. A bit expensive, considering our budget.

Everything. Frau Kratzer is supernice, the room is sparking clean also the bathroom. You have a large garden. Breakfast is excelent. I can fully recommend. Even for family of 2-3.

The kitchen was very small (and the refrigerator tiny). The table in the living room was more a conference style table than a dining table, so it was not very comfortable for eating a dinner.

A very pleasant stay

The gästehaus is really near to the ski resort of Matrei, in a tranquil small village with the view on the mountains. The room was very clean, tidy and with many comforts. A perfect stay in this occasion.

It was difficult to communicate with the host due to the language.

This place is the definition off Zimmer. 😍 The hospitality is great and with a smile. the vintage atmosphere is real. and , off course the breakfast ! the room are big and have balcony the view is awesome!! very comfortable and sparkling clean .

Very welcoming owners. Astonishing views from the balcony and the living room. Interior feels cozy.

Some of the furniture is past their lifespan. The kitchen lacks a microwave oven.

Mrs Kratzer was very friendly, we could choose to have breakfast whenever suited us. Breakfast was really good too, especially with the mountain views in the background. The house stayed nice and cool even though it was very warm weather during our stay.

The bed was slightly too firm for us but this is just a personal preference.

Familiär geführt. Bei der Freundlichkeit der Dame des Hauses fühlt man sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Empfehlung einer Gaststätte zum Abendessen war top. Sehr großes Zimmer mit FeWo-Ausstattung. Eigentlich ein Geheimtipp.

Im direkten Umfeld gibt es keine Möglichkeit für Einkauf oder Gastronomie. Ist aber alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
