Beautiful studio apartment, great location and very helpful and friendly staff

Very nicely furnished apartment (we were in a studio olin the bew building), we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the terrace as well. Great location, within walking distance to several supermarkets and also the bus stop. Just a short drive to many hiking trails. The studio apartment was just perfect for two people, would be crowded in case of 4 people staying. The washing machine in the building was great benefit that we made use of.

If anything could be better, it would be great to have more than one pot lid (would nake cooking easier), amd more than 4 plates of each type and more cutlery sets (we had 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 spoons and 2 teaspoons).

Excellent penthouse with an amazing terrace view.

The view from the penthouse was amazing! Absolutely incredible apartment with great furnishings, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds and soft bedding. Very friendly staff at reception. 3-4 min walk from Billa and Spar. Easy access to walking and biking routes. Perfect getaway for a family holiday.

We should've stayed longer:)

Superb

Rather new, well equipped apartment in a ski area also great in the summer. Really close shops and a restaurant. Nice view on the mountains. Really liked the little sauna in the bathroom.

There is a Post inventory just across on the groundfloor of the neighbouring hotel. Is a bit noisy in the mornings when they are loading around 6 am.

Great mountain view from the balcony. Well-equipped kitchenette. Full size stove/oven, fridge. Kettle, toaster. Three big supermarkets within five minutes walk. Walk about 12 minutes for coffee in the centre of Matrei.

Expensive, compared to private flats in Osttirol - perhaps Virgental is at a premium? Not possible to contact the hotel before 3 p.m. on day of arrival, either by phone or at the hotel's reception. Impossible to talk to someone about early arrival.

Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

In dem Apartment war alles vorhanden was man für einen Ski-Urlaub benötigt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit nach dem Ski-Fahren die Sauna zu benutzen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist Top, nur 5 Min bis zum Lift.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges, bestens ausgestattetes und sehr wohnlich eingerichtetes DG-Appartement mit traumhaftem Ausblick - alles vorhanden, sehr sauber - Brötchenservice, Nahversorger in unmittelbarer Nähe, Restaurant im daneben liegendem Gebäude - alles bestens!!!

Mooi en groot appartement

Er ontbraken wat benodigdheden om goed te kunnen koken (te weinig kookpotten, geen pan voor vlees te bakken, geen ovenhandschoenen maar wel een oven en microgolf). Een droogrekje zou ook handig zijn.

Studio ist zu klein für 2 Personen

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren gut, zwar für unser Empfinden etwas weich, wir haben aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

Man hat pro Person nur eine Garnitur Handtücher bekommen. Also 1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und für diesen Zeitraum - bei Wanderungen und hohen Temperaturen - ist das definitiv zu wenig. Wir mussten dann gegen einen Aufpreis Handtücher nachordern. Leider hat der Zimmerservice uns das neue Paket Handtücher auf die Couch gelegt, aber die benutzten Handtücher für die Reinigung nicht mitgenommen. Sie lagen noch im Badezimmer auf dem Boden. Das Studio war nicht ganz sauber, da waren überall Wollmäuse. In der Küche war so gut wie keine Ablagefläche. Auf der Couch hätte man zumindest ein bis zwei Kissen legen können. Es war insgesamt zu wenig Platz. Wir waren mit 2 Personen und 1 Hund und würden das Studio nicht mehr nehmen, da es insgesamt auch an Komfort gefehlt hat. Da mögen die Appartements vielleicht besser sein.

Die Appartments (insb. das Penthouse) ist wunderbar. Modern ausgestattet und sehr bequem. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes großes Penthouse für 4 Personen. Die Betten waren unheimlich bequem und die Bäder sehr modern. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet (sogar mit Geschirrspüler) und man hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Da mochte man gar nicht so essen gehen, sondern auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge essen. Was auch problemlos möglich ist, da ein großer und gut sortierter Supermarkt mit gut nutzbaren Öffnungszeiten nur wenige hundert Meter weg ist. Das Restaurant nebenan ist ebenso zu empfehlen und bot leckere Gerichte an. Wandern konnte man direkt vor Ort. Die Prossegg-Klamm ist zu Fuß nicht weit und sehr sehenswert. Mit dem Auto ist man in vertretbarer Zeit am Staller Sattel und Obersee, wo es wunderbare Touren gibt.

Der Check-In war etwas holprig. Wir bekamen erst ein falsches Appartement einer niedrigeren Kategorie, obwohl das gebuchte Penthouse frei war. Das zuerst zugewiesene Apartment war auch nett und wäre mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem netten Balkon an sich völlig okay gewesen. Aber es war eben nicht, was gebucht und bestätigt war. Man hat uns einfach in das Apartment niedrigerer Kategorie eingewiesen, als wäre es das gebuchte. Vom Haus aus wurde dazu nicht kommuniziert, dass es ein anderes Appartement war. Es entstand daher zwangsweise etwas der Eindruck, als hätte man drauf spekuliert, dass wir es nicht merken. Warum das Penthouse scheinbar freigehalten werden sollte, erschloss sich uns nicht. Nachdem wir unseren Unmut darüber kundgetan hatten, wurde dieses Missgeschick aber umgehend korrigiert und wir konnten das gebuchte Penthouse beziehen. Der erste Eindruck war daher etwas getrübt, aber es hat sich letztlich alles zum Guten gewendet.

Wir hatten das Penthouse gemietet, welches modern ausgestattet ist. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bergkette der Hohentauern.

Unfassbar...

Apartment war top, alles neu und hochwertig!

Man kann eigentlich alles so lassen und sich nicht beschweren, es wäre fast perfekt ABER, es ist täglich ein Riesenlärm ab 6:45 Uhr. Wer länger schlafen möchte hat leider keine Chance. Es ist im Haus eine Paketstation, es kommen täglich LKWs die Pakete zur Umverteilung abladen. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern unmöglich weiter zu schlafen. Das muss sich ändern!

Prima appartement. Prijs wat aan de hoge kant.

Appartement was ruim, netjes en schoon. Bedden waren goed. Keuken is goed.

Voor ventilatie in de slaapkamers moet je de raampjes openzetten. In het complex is de post aanwezig. Elke ochtend om 06:00u komt de vracht wagen uitladen. Je bent als eerste op de piste daardoor. Handdoekwissel is betaald. Eind schoonmaak zit niet in de Bookingprijs en is €100.

Herbsturlaub inmitten der Berge

Sehr gutes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Nettes Personal sehr gutes Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir haben uns morgens selbst versorgt.

Die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist etwas zu gering das könnte innerhalb der Saison zu Problemen führen.
