De ligging aan het water en de vriendelijke van het personeel en het geweldige eten.

Klein aber fein-alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gute Lage des Hotels. In die Schweiz mit dem Bus in 10 min. Toller See mit einer schönen Liegewiese! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Etwas mehr Abwechslung am Buffet wäre schön gewesen. Sonntags konnte man leider auch nur bis 10 Uhr frühstücken. Hier wäre eine Stunde länger zum frühstücken schöner.

Das Essen im Hotel war hervorragend. Auch waren alle Angestellten sehr freundlich.
Ein kleiner Tisch mit 4 Stühlen in der Suite wäre toll. Um beispielsweise Spiele zu machen, zu malen oder zu schreiben.

The view from the room
Very unpersonal welcome; nobody at the reception on the day of arrival.
Dinner at restaurant: understaffed personnel; we did not really feel welcome. Also, when you praise yourself of being an excellent fish restaurant, it is very disappointing to be told that all the fish from the Bodensee is sold out. We can buy Saibling in our local store, no need to travel to the Bodensee for that.
Breakfast: one person is not enough to handle all
We shared our imprssions at the reception, but we did not feel like being taken very seriously
