Great location, great room and facilities. The restaurant needs to be looked at (except breakfast)
The facilities are great. The location is excellent, directly at the lake. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The pool, sauma, etc. All great. The breakfast is fantastic. Confortable room.
The restaurant's staff is not very helpful, at best. The prices on the menu are also far exaggerated for the value.

The environment was lovely, and the breakfast was great!
The bedroom was very hot and didn't allow for a great night's sleep. Billing was also a bit of a challenge in that it took 4 separate payments at different times to get everything paid.

Not worth the money, with this personnel.
The hotel, the concept, the location... all is perfect. Nice breakfast, nice menu for dinner. But the lack of professionalism from the staff, takes all this down.
There is a lack of quality and professionalism on the personnel. We were enjoying 2 hours of a 150 euro private room spa and 15 minutes before ending, 2 staff people knocks on the door and enter after that, saying there was an alarm of electricity... is that your way to say your time is ending? We were naked... anyway. Also worth (or not worth) to mention that staff does not speak English, and also the German level is medium, probably all immigrants. Parking space for private car is also difficult, and not well organized or explained.

Location and Pool !! - Total Value for Money
The location was just fantastic!! Just over the lake and also the facilities: sauna and swimming pool were very good 👍. Children play area also very good. We had free drinking water provided daily both still and sparkling.
No hot options for Vegetarians for Breakfast like no toast or baked beans etc. The pool was allowed for families between 10am-2pm which was not conveyed before.

Amazing wellness area, breakfast buffet and comfy beds. Musty smells need to fixed.
We liked the wellness area, the lawn on the lake, the indoor swimming pool, and the nice breakfast. Complimentary snack and tea at the pool bar were a nice plus. We also liked the bicycle parking garage and the connection bridge within the property. The reception was friendly and tried to be helpful with the smell issue in the room; she sent us a spray can of room air refresher. The property was booked out so they could not offer us another room.
The musty smell of the closet in our room (#404). The towels in the closet were all unusable because of the smell. The carpets in some areas of the hotel, especially in the older buildings (e.g. #4) and the carpet on the way to the spa area on the 1st floor of the main building all smell musty (mildew and mold). Hope they can fix that for future travellers...

Not family friendly, we left a day earlier than expected.
Very nice view of the lake and nice pool.
This is not a hotel for young families! The pool hours are very limited when families are allowed to use it. They placed us in a room in the far back building far away from the front and we did not get wifi signal. When we asked to move closer to the front where the WiFi connection is they said we could not move. The general crowd at this hotel are retirement aged adults and we felt we had to be very quite most of the time. There is not much to do with children here. We shortened our stay from 3 to 2 nights but still had to pay for 3 nights.
