Overall, the stay was disappointing, as the high room rate did not match the quality of the room, am
The staff were respectful.
• The room was very noisy until late at night due to a party at the hotel’s other restaurant/bar, with extremely loud music that made it difficult to rest. • The spa was much smaller than expected compared to most spas, with only a very small pool. • The spa day access does not include any massage, and the description of the “Spa Day Pass” is confusing and misleading. • The room itself was nothing special, and the room rate does not reflect the level of comfort or the services provided.

beautiful peaceful retreat while visiting family in the area
almost everything was perfect, beautiful spacious room, very clean, peaceful atmosphere, phantastic breakfast and a very good traditional restaurant
some of the staff could be a little more approachable, some are too distanced, breakfast should start at 7 am, had to hurry on two of my three days, because I had to leave at 8am
