The staff and owner/manager handled the situation I made for this trip. After 23 days traveling places in Mexico, I made a mistake on the reservation. I contacted Booking.com and Oliver from the hotel handled and helped me resolved the situation. I really appreciated!
Nothing really, it met the expectation from what the pictures and review I saw from booking.com. I really like the location as I always look for whenever making hotel reservation as a solo traveler. Location and safety.
I like walking as my daily therapy and this place is situated between Zicatela Beach and Punta Zicatela, plus right few meters away from a great market. Zicatela Marcedo, I find many things there including affordable food/drinks. I also stayed in La Barra before this place, which also I had my review here.

Clean and comfy with AC and television...
The windows have bad insulation so you can hear the noise from outside easily. Luckily this time it was quiet

The Location is actually pretty good since you are close to the beach and also behind an excellent market with fantastic food.
You can get room service and fresh towels daily.
It was so loud!
There were many children and door-slamming youth, the acoustics are a nightmare due to the style of the building.
There is also amazingly much traffic in front of the house, one night someone got stuck in the sand and held me awake.
