Perfect beach front location!

The beach is just in front of property (20 meters away)... we could see the beach/ocean from our room! Jimena was great and helpful, gave us great recommendations for dining and surrounding beaches. The room was nice and simple, and clean!

Perhaps in future the smaller rooms can have a mini bar to keep drinks cold! Place is great!

Acceptable

There are lots of places to eat close by, bar, little cafés, it's right on the beach, the pool was nice. Also they had hameck , they had little tables to eat outside each room.

No A/C ,the fan they had was really not blowin enough air to cool. Almost no privacy in the WC 🚽, they just have a hanging door that isn't from floor to roof.

The Basics with a Nice Rustic charm setting.

So convenient and steps away from the Zicatela Beach. I liked how rustic and simple it was. The room had a bed, a desk and your own bathroom. I ended up getting one with an A/C because it was too hot for me. They supplied Towels and the Shower had good pressure. I stayed in a room in the back which was nice and quiet. The greenery offered shade and was decorated really nice. On the third floor is a terrace to sit and relax and have a nice view of the beach. There is someone at the property 24/7 in case you need help or you have a late check in. There is a full size pool which I used to cool off before going strolling to the shops and then the restaurants.

I have no complaints and if i did have a request they were willing and very accomodating to help me.

Very reasonable weekly/monthly rates. Location was great. Swimming pool. Great staff. Had only a fan in the room but it was still comfortable. Marco and Julietta and staff were very friendly. Hotel was away from the discos. Gracias por todos!

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget and won’t be in the room a lot!

The staff was very polite and the location is incredibly central, making it easy to get to anywhere along the Zicatela beach by walking. We did have hot water in our room so that was a nice unexpected bonus. Also, the resident hotel cat, Rahoul, was the highlight of our stay!

The rooms are extremely spartan. You definitely get what you pay for. There is no A/C, the bed is hard as a rock, and there are minimal electric outlets. Also the lighting goes in and out. However, if you just need somewhere to rest your head at night and aren’t going to be spending much time in the room, it’s perfectly adequate and affordable!

Think twice

The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the beach. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. Internet connection was outstanding.

The rooms were sketchy. They smelled musty, and my sheets were old and stained. The floors are concrete with a rough finish. The curtains did not cover the windows properly. You get what you pay for. The pictures online make the hotel look way better than it is.

staff is friendly, but doesn’t speak a lot of english. if you’re looking for nightlife it’s a Nice place to stay, cause you can walk to most clubs in Zicatella. It’s 100 m from the Beach, but you can’t really swim there, cause the waves are crazy. they cleaned our room. the shower had hot water.

the pool isn’t very Nice, so we didn’t swim there. wifi was kinda bad, but it’s like that everywhere in Puerto Escondido. the door to our room was broken.

Location, cold AC, step out and you're on the beach. Many restaurants to choose, from great street tacos to beach side dining. Taxis cruise the street. Camionetas (covered trucks) are at the top of the hill. Great value for the price.

The curtains (room 13) were totally inadequate. At night if you had a light on someone outside can see right through. Door lock easily jimmied, in fact the handle was falling apart. I tightened it twice in the 4 nights we stayed. Entry door rubbed and stuck on the floor.

La vista privilegiada frente al mar, caminando encuentras restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, etc. Las camas, sumamente cómodas.

En fin de semana al ser una zona comercial y estar en vía principal, podría haber más ruido de lo habitual. Consideren que hay algunos antros cerca, y se escuchará la música durante la noche.
