Good but hot at night

Great location Clean Restraunt is awesome

They don’t run the ac during the day. The bed areas are made out of clay or something so they retain heat all night. They need to run ac all day and night.

I loved the location and the room

The staff is kind of rude, they go in to turn off the a/c without knocking and sometimes they don’t turn it on on time and the room gets very hot. In general, their attitude is like if they don’t care about guests. The only nice people there is the cleaning lady, so sweet!

Great little find

Very comfortable room and private capsules. The hostel also has a really great beach club that you can use. Piña colada happy hour from 5pm to 8pm. Very small hostel only 12 beds in total but a really great crowd.

The location is great but be aware that its close to the nightclubs so you will be hearing loud music until the early hours of the morning. The air conditioning doesnt do much and is only switched on at night.

Best place I have stayed so far in Mexico 🫶🏽 Waking up and walking straight towards the sea through that dreamy restaurant is amazing. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, restaurant has nice food and affordable prices. Plus all staff were incredible they have spoiled me so much 🩷 specially Jonathan he is great, always with the best vibes and good recommendations at the restaurant.

rooms are bed are very comfortable, clean and nice, staff is amazing, they organize activities and share time with guests, the bar has great drinks and food is also really good. Is a quiet hostel, so perfect for the ones who would like to spend some time close to the beach, enjoy their time there and also rest.

Es un alojamiento muy cute y minimalista. Se nota que es nuevo y está bien cuidado. Las habitaciones compartidas son agradables con camas muy cómodas (buen colchón, amplia, con cortinas). Y el bar y restaurante ofrecen muy buen servicio. La ubicación es ideal.

Solo tiene 1 baño y 1 ducha. No tiene buena insonorización: Se escucha la música del bar. Llevad tapones!

Fui sola!! Muy limpio, camas super comodas! Y a pesar de ser compartido cada quién tiene su espacio.. y si quieres puedes convivir con los demás. Y el restaurante te ofrecen descuento en el consumo por estar hospedados en el hostal..

Todo bien, solo vi un alacrán pequeño en un baño, tener cuidado, y que revisar bien cuando vaya la de limpieza.

Me encanto las habitaciones, comodas, abrigadas, si habia limpieza, uno llegaba y ya habian dejado todo nitido, el baño delicioso, el restaurante comodo, las instalaciones bonitas, me gusto que haya musica en vivo y que este cerca de la playa. Me encanto el lugar.

Que no haya un buen direccionamiento cuando hice mi check in, la chica me dijo eso no me corresponde tienen que enviarte un mensaje y yo solo te llevo, considero el servicio es fundamental y mas teniendo un lugar asi de bonito. No me gusto que faltaba aire en el baño.

Muy buena ubicación, todo siempre limpio y el restaurante rico y con excelente servicio. Padrísimo para quedarte ahí todo el día tomando el sol con unos drinks. Es tranquilo y silencioso a comparación de otros hostales.

En ocasiones no funcionaba bien el wifi y para dormir en el cuarto si te toca cama arriba, es un poco complicado subir (tampoco nada del otro mundo)

En realidad aunque solo fue una noche la que pase ahí, la experiencia fué excelente, todo el personal fue muy amable,muy cálidos en el trato, te hacen sentir como en casa. Super recomendable, las instalaciones de lo mejor, limpias y la decoración me encantó. Lo recomiendo !!

Excelente alojamiento, la atención súper cool, muy limpio, extraordinario diseño del lugar.

Las instalaciones son súper acogedoras y el tema de las claves para las cerraduras del establecimiento como de la habitación, es genial. Gracias a todo el equipo por la atención y en especial al personal de la barra, Iván hace deliciosos tragos.

Que no esté muy bien señalizado, comparten los negocios colindantes, pero ayudaría que haya un letrero del alojamiento o bien que dieran la referencia que está atrás del Palapita Beach Club

Viaje sola y de fiesta

Me encantó su ubicación a mi m gusta salir a bailar en la noche y quedaba a pasos, los taxis son caros en la ciudad y el hospedarte cerca te ayuda, el mar de zicatela es abierto por lo que no es apto para meterse, hay restaurantes cercanos y fácil de moverte a puntos de interés

No me agrado que al llegar tuve q pagar más ya que faltaba según la aplicación ya me había cobrado todo pero cuando llegue tuve que pagar una diferencia, otra cosa se m ocurrió salir del aeropuerto para tomar taxi y me querían cobrar 250 al hostal, pero al regresar al interior del aeropuerto a los colectivos estos m cobraron ,70 pesos mexicanos
