There are aircons in the rooms, but they won't give you the Aircon remote unless you pay a rediculous amount of extra money for it. The hosts are not so friendly. The pool was filthy. Slimey pool with rubbish floating around in it.

Something that could be improved is that it doesnt sell any food, but since its kinda close to the restaurants its not a big issue, other than that i was pretty nice and a great place to chill by the pool and such.

Poor service, the air conditioner plus payment only after arriving even though the price is expensive per night, and there is no answer from the owner of the hotel, in addition to a towel that I lost at the hotel they charged me for it, lack of services .

We had such a lovely time at this hostel! The staff were so sweet and friendly - it’s family owned and in a great location - in between la punta and central.

They had a really nice pool in front of my room, as there was not many people it felt like it's my private pool. Room was specious.

Room was quite dark, something could be done with lightning. Somehow I felt that the administration could have been more friendlier, but maybe those are only my expectations.

But the worst staff ever... The staff which is one family doesn’t let you listen to music, you’re not allowed to be on the terrace for no reason and you have to leave your keys at the reception Never had such an experience like that

The staff were really helpful and polite, easy to check in and check out. Good value for money and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and main road with restaurants and cafes.

Todo super bien, la habitación cumplió con mis expectativas, muy cómodo y limpio. Esta cerca del mercado de zicatela donde se come muy rico y también esta cerca de la playa pero ojo que ahí no se puede meter, solo es para surf y caminar por la arena

Lo único malo es que para tener aire acondicionado se necesita pagar extra, pero pues entiendo el porqué

Me gustó la ubicación y la habitación cómoda

Que cuando llegamos la recepción olía mucho a cigarro y que llegamos con una niña de 2 años preguntando si había posibilidad de hacer check in antes y nos dijeron que no que era hasta las 3:30 pm cuando en la página decía que era a las 3pm. Igual iba a realizar pago con tarjeta y de manera grosera nos dijeron que solo aceptaban efectivo que si no habíamos leído las indicaciones y que en las indicaciones no hay tal referencia, por lo que tuvimos que ir a buscar un cajero después de haber manejado 9 horas!el modo del primer contacto fue muy grosero y el olor a cigarro horrible.
