The host was amazing, and even provided a breakfast for our early departure to abu simbel. Nice rooftop terrace to enjoy the peace on elaphantine island.

Elephantine Island was the perfect place for our visit to Aswan, and Kosh Royal House was a great find there! The host was incredibly accommodating with our (very) late arrival - thanks Egypt Air! 🤬But a wonderful breakfast put a smile back on our faces each and every morning. You are ‘roughing it” a bit when you stay on the island, and the room was a bit tight for three, but value makes up for comfort - and the smiling Nubian faces all around the island made it great. Highly recommend!
Bigger towels could be nice…And coffee for breakfast! 😀

The location was great and the owners/property managers were lovely and very welcoming.
No en suite bathroom (wasn’t clear in details about room), we were woken in the night a few times by people in the roof area above our room who were quieter when we went to speak to them.
