The location, rooms and ease of getting to the main attractions. The location of the apartment is quite good. In a pleasant and quiet residential neighbourhood. The walk to the nearest waterbus station Santa Marta is just 6 minutes from where you can take the number 5.1 to St Marks square and 5.2 back to Santa Marta. Both ways just few minutes away. So very convenient. The apartment itself was quite cosy, though I would recommend little more lights in the two bedrooms especially in the double bed one as there’s literally no sunlight in that one. All the rooms had air conditioning which was very convenient. The owner was very responsive and very helpful in guiding us all way thru. Also allowed us to check out late which was very very helpful for our family. We loved our stay in the apartment and enjoyed our time in Venice. One of the things we can highly recommend is an Afghani Mediterranean fusion restaurant very near to the apartment if you want a break from Italian food. It’s called CAROVANSARA.

There were some maintenance issues with the shower outlet which I have highlighted to the owner. And he has promised to take care of it today with the cleaner

A charming apartment and nostalgic apartment.

Bardzo czysty i zadbany obiekt w dobrej cenie jak na Wenecję. Apartament idealny dla 4 osób z łazienką i dodatkową toaletą. Odnośnie lokalizacji - blisko dworca autobusowego, przystanków vaporettto i w niedalekiej odległości od największych atrakcji Wenecji. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu. POLECAM :)

It was functional and l don’t feel was good value for money . The host messaging during our short stay was over bearing.
