The apartment was exactly what we needed - modern, clean, and well equipped. It felt new and fresh, nothing overly sophisticated, but everything was correct, functional and cosy. Our group was two families with four children, and it worked very well for us.
We loved the Dorsoduro area - quiet and with a young atmosphere thanks to the proximity of Ca’ Foscari University. The walks to Piazzale Roma (about 15 minutes), as well as to Rialto and Piazza San Marco, were a real pleasure. There were also several lovely small restaurants and cafés nearby.
We loved the apartment and would recommend it to families and groups of friends.
The only minor inconvenience was the lack of basic cleaning items, which would have been useful, especially during our five-night stay without cleaning service. Also, the pillows were unusually large and, for our personal preference, not comfortable.

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione. Quattro camere comode con due bagni (con finestre). Comoda sala da pranzo per 8 persone. Zona tranquilla a mezz’ora a piedi da P.zza San Marco.

Superó mis expectativas. Me parece un apartamento espacioso, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Instrucciones precisas para llegar con buena ubicación para poder moverte a pie por Venecia. Se nota que está reformado y mantienen buena limpieza
Las almohadas me parecen excesivamente altas, recomendaría dejar algunas más bajas para poder escoger. Pensaba que había horno, pero es microhondas con grill, pero nos apañamos bien para cocinar. El tema de la recogida de basura es un poco rollo pero bueno, es cosa de la normativa y no del alojamiento.
