Hotel run by ghosts

Reasonable price.

No hotel personell available even during times somebody was supposed to be there. Restaurant was independently run and did not accept credit cards.

Nice place to stay close to Offenburg

Very convenient end nice place to stay

We arrived around 19h30 on Sunday evening, and were told that the kitchen of the rstaurant was already closed. No other place to have convenient dinner closeby.

Location was nice. Lots of space for parking. Spacious and clean rooms.

Staff not very welcoming. Room and building was a bit outdated and not well maintained. Restaurant was closed on a Friday evening, no notion received. Very dark outside, entrance looked closed. Also for breakfast. Payment for an additional crappy folding bed, which should have been there according to the description. No bed for the 4th person, because a 4 year old can sleep with his parents.

Perfect for one nights stay while passing through, next to nice bakery.

The restaurant was great and parking was abundant.

Due to its proximity to the road traffic was loud. I’m sure that wouldn’t be an issue in winter when windows don’t need to be open.

Really nice hotel in the right spot

We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint. Rooms are large and comfortable and the balcony was a bonus this time.

Due to a town fete going on no breakfast was available, which was a disappointment as last time it was really good.

Exceptional

Staff was wonderful, warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean and welcoming. Loved at dinning table with the glasses and water. Plenty of windows. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Great dining options and the food was fabulous and reasonably priced with large portions. For dinner we sat outside in the fresh air instead of having our dinner inside. We were on the second floor but there was an elevator, which was nice for bringing luggage up and down. Plenty of free parking adjacent to the property. A bakery/cafe right next door that was open on Sundays and also a butcher adjacent to the property.

Room does not have AC. Fortunately it was cool enough that opening the windows and using the fan that was in the room was sufficient to keep it nice and cool throughout the night.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel, überteuert, 100 € die Nacht ohne Frühstück ist übertrieben.

Restaurant war geschlossen, Urlaub, daher kein Frühstück, Treppenhaus nicht beleuchtet, am besten eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Reception war nicht besetzt, auch nicht morgens.

La camera molto grande e silenziosa. Facile check in. Buon rapporto qualità letto

Lavandino otturato. Bottiglietta acqua aperta da cliente precedente. La proprietaria sparita una volta partiti non ci ha nemmeno salutato.

La propreté, le parking gratuit, le sourire de la patronne quand elle était là… Tout gratuit pour les enfants

Personne dans l’hôtel à notre arrivé à 19h30, code de la Keybox en défectueux, personne ne pouvait nous donner la clef. La patronne prévenue par téléphone est venue nous ouvrir 30 min après. Puis repart, aucun personnel pendant la nuit. Pas de clim dans la chambre, dommage ça aurait été plus confortable par ces fortes chaleurs… Balcon impraticable couverte de fientes d’oiseaux.Bruit dans la rue. Déjeuner très cher pour ce qu’il y avait 13,5€ par adulte, petit déjeuner rationner un morceau de pain par personne surtout du salée, pas de possibilité de se resservir car il n’y avait plus rien. Pourtant il était 8h et juste une table de 4 en plus de nous 3. Notre enfant de 5 ans n’a pas eu de boisson chaude ce n’était pas prévu. Pour le deuxième jours nous avons préféré faire un déjeuner nous meme plutôt que de payer 27€ de déjeuner. Franchement même dans un Formule 1 on est mieux reçu.

Hoewel het midden in het dorp ligt ging er ‘s nachts veel verkeer langs dat erg hard reed.

Nette kamer met goede bedden. Jammer dat het hotel geen restaurant en ontbijtservice heeft.

De kamer was keurig, het bed prima. Rustige omgeving.

Het hotel had geen restaurant meer en voor het ontbijt werden we verwezen naar de bakker naast het hotel.

Comfortabel hotel, prima voor een nachtje

We kwamen op een dag dat er geen personeel was, maar konden de sleutels met een code uit een kluis halen. Dat was prima geregeld.

Dat het ontbijt 13.50 p.p. zou kosten. Onze twee kinderen eten niet zoveel dat ze voor 13.50 aan ontbijt zouden eten. Ik zelf ook niet. We hebben er dus voor gekozen om bij de bakker ernaast lekkere broodjes te halen. Was goedkoper en heerlijk.

Es war völlig ok. Zimmer sehr groß, Bett bequem, Bad sauber.

Leider war das Frühstück nicht sehr ansprechend angerichtet und ein bisschen lieblos in der Auswahl. Mir ist schon klar, dass man für wenige Gäste nicht in allem eine riesen Auswahl bieten kann, aber dennoch kostet das Frühstück 13 Euro. Es war okay….

Hôtel confortable pour un séjour pour Eurpa Park

Le calme: hôtel situé plutôt dans un grand quartier en pleine campagne, à distance d’une rue à circulation . Bien que les propriétaires étaient absents, nous disposions des clés pour les chambres et entrée de l’hôtel. Juste une dame pour le ménage, présente le matin. Donc petit déjeuner et autres repas à l’extérieur . Situé à 30 minutes en voiture d’Europa Park. Bon rapport qualité prix et suffisamment si juste pour dormir ou hôtel d’étape

Die Unterkunft ist sehr rustikal. Wie waren für eine Nacht da, daher können wir es nicht so gut beurteilen . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Im großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

An sich für eine Nacht in Ordnung wenn die Heizung funktioniert mehr auch nicht.

Gute Lage, Großes Familienzimmer

Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und es kam auch keinerlei Entschuldigung oder entgegenkommen nachdem es angesprochen wurde.uns wurde nur mitgeteilt das die Heizung kaputt sei aber noch niemand da war . Das aber auch erst nach dem wir persönlich beim check out es angesprochen hatten. Warm Wasser hat lange gedauert bis es mal warm war. Bei unseren Mitreisenden stank es im Zimmer nach Abfluss. Im Gesamten doch das ein oder andere Renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück für 13-14€ extra relativ teuer das ist der Bäcker gleich nebenan wirklich fair.

Un très bel hotel pour un petit séjour ou pour une nuit au calme et reposante dans un long voyage.

Pas très loin de la frontière, cet hôtel reste très accessible depuis la France. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre et agréable. La petite ville semble calme, mais les gens y sont agréables également. Et puis la porte d'entrée est très sympathique...

Mieux vaut parler allemand ou anglais...
