La responsable du logement était très gentille et souriante, elle était courageuse de monter en escalier sous un temps caniculaire, en nous laissant prendre l'ascenseur, (au lieu d'attendre le prochain ascenseur). On avait soit en billet et un retour de monnaie pour payer la taxe, ou soit on avait en monnaie manquant 1 euro, et elle a opté l'option de gratification d'un euro n'ayant pas de monnaie. Un geste rare très apprécié.
L'appartement y a de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer beaucoup de jours. Nous sommes resté 3 nuits, mais l'appartement est complet pour facilement passer 1 semaine, 2 semaines etc...
Il y avait même du sucre, du sel, un peu de pâtes ne sachant pas si cela venait des anciens vacanciers. Il y avait même le produit douche très doux, et parlant de la salle de bain il est très bien espacé et très propre.
Le lit est confortable, le canapé aussi en mettant 2 coussins dans une fente, (car la fente niveau de la nuque faisait mettre notre tête plus basse que notre corps).
Le climatiseur fonctionne très bien, pour refroidir la chambre il faut vraiment laisser la porte ouverte, même si le corridor jusqu'à la chambre freinera un peu le froid on sent quand même le froid jusqu'il faut pendant le canicule en mettant température la plus basse du climatiseur durant toute la journée.
Le bienvenu de quelques capsules de café était aussi très apprécié, comme si on se sentait à l'hôtel 5 étoile.
Donc, pour un jugement d'un appartement et non d'un hôtel ; confort, ustensile de cuisine, lave linge, lave vaisselle, produits et etc... tout était complet !
Propreté était très bien.
Grandeur espace des pièces et y compris salle de bain sont parfaits pour 3 personnes max. Après si plus de personne je garanti pas.
Contact avec le propriétaire excellent.
Et, parking privé parfait !
Qui dit mieux ailleurs ? Eum...
C'est un confort personnel, rien de négatif ; un rideau de douche serait apprécié en cas d'utilisation de la petite pomme de douche, pour éviter que l'eau aille partout.

Appartamento molto carino, moderno, tutto nuovo. Dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente. A pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro città, tutti i servizi intorno. Host gentile e disponibile per ogni eventualità.

Casa accogliente con tutto il necessario per le prime esigenze..c'era bagnoschiuma tovaglie ,stracci dei piatti detersivo piatti e spugnette ,sacchetti pattumiera, asciugamani,macchina del caffè e la proprietaria gentilissima ci ha dato anche una confezione cialde da10 per caffè ..volendo c'è anche la moka ...trovate sale e zucchero ....la casa è piccola ma carina letto comodo anche il divano letto comodo ... c'è una pizzeria ristorante proprio sotto casa ....per visitare il centro di Pisa ci vogliono 7/10 minuti di macchina..e per andare a visitare Firenze 1ora10 minuti ..di macchina..

It is a small one bedroom apartment that already comes with cleaning / washing products, extra pillows / blankets and complimentary toiletries. It offers amenities such as coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, stovetop and a full size fridge. There is a beautiful mountain view from the bedroom's window, and the owner is flexible with check in / out times. We were greeted by Daniela who I believe works for the owner. Daniela was absolutely amazing!! When we checked out from the property, I forgot my medication in the fridge - Daniela was really helpful and arrived with a set of keys on a Sunday morning!
There is no soundproofing and we could hear every single sound coming from the neighbours, including loud morning chats in the corridor, smashing doors, loud music and crying / screaming child at the night time. It didn't help having an escalator behind the wall either. Having an AC unit only in the living room / kitchen and even leaving it on full blast for hours, we found the bedroom too hot. This left us with a choice of either sleeping in a comfortable double bed in a hot bedroom or spending the night on a really uncomfortable sofa-bed in a cold living room. Although we were glad the building of flats had a secured parking area outside, it proved quite tight for our Ford Mondeo. Cleanliness in general (e.g. bed sheets, dishes, towels, etc.) was fine. However, the apartment does need a deep cleaning in the kitchen (e.g. there is mould where tiles meet the surface just behind the sink, there is grease at the bottom of the stovetop and it is dusty behind its legs) and in the bathroom (e.g. there seems to be mould where the shower screen meets the floor). Lastly, an electrical plug socket in the bathroom posed a safety hazard as it was moving back and forth each time we attempted to plug in the electric towel rail as well as kept losing power. We have a video recording however Booking does not seem to support uploads in a video format.
P.S. The owner seems to be experiencing a great deal of difficulty in addressing property reviews that are not of her liking in a professional manner. Since we were told to address our queries with Daniela (who works for the owner) and only exchanged a few basic messages with the owner, we considered (and still do) Daniela to have been an absolutely amazing host and initially rated this section as exceptional. However, after we had witnessed such an unprofessional owner's response to our review, we realised that the owner's behaviour needed to reflect in our scores as well. For this reason we reduced our score.
