Muy buena ubicación y comodidad. Los dos baños son una gran ventaja.
Algunos detalles, menores, como falta de repasador y servilletas en la cocina, condimentos. Pero nada fundamental.

Host met in front of the building, so it was easy to navigate through doors and stairs. Good location, 5 minutes from metro station, 25-30 minutes walk towards La Rambla square. Lots of shops near, around 5 minutes walk. Also very quiet and calm area. Flat itself was nice and big, good for 7 persons, met description completely.
Toilet doors didn't have closing mechanism. It's subjective but pillows were too thin. Lack of chairs so everyone can sit on table at the same time.

Comodidad, bastantes camas y espacioso. Está cerca del metro. Tiene lavarropas y cafetera.
La calefacción no era buena, las ventanas no eran herméticas. El principal problema que para mi es inadmisible es que el agua caliente no duraba mucho. Siendo 7 personas bañarse se dificultó muchísimo. Si bien mandaron un técnico, no se solucionó completamente. Faltaba equipamiento en cosas básicas como detergente, azúcar, cápsulas de cortesía. El sillón sofá cama estaba roto. Te cargan un depósito de 300 EUR en la tarjeta y nadie me había avisado de ello previamente.
