Location and the actual apartment
Top floor AC didn’t work for the 3 nights we were there despite we telling them on the first night. They should be inspecting the apartment after every checkout to ensure it’s good for the next guests. One bathroom sink was clogged too

We loved how spacious the apartment was. There is a large rooftop patio off the kitchen, and a second smaller one upstairs off a bedroom that are terrific. The location is great--not too far from the main train station, and just steps away from a metro station. There's a small playground around the corner for young kids, and a few goods restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsive when there was a plumbing issue.
The kitchen, like many apartment rentals, was not very well stocked with cookware, so don't plan to make elaborate dinners. But there was enough stuff in there to do something simple, and they stocked it with coffee pods, which was nice.

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit 2 Bädern und einer zusätzlichen Toilette. Die Küche ist neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zur Metro L5 (1 min) sowie zu einem kleinen Supermarkt (1 min) und 2 Bäckereien bzw. Café ist top.
Die Betten waren für uns bequem.
Schade, dass wir die tolle Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht und einer Dusche für die wärmere Jahreszeit im Januar nicht nutzen konnten.
Die Möbel sind zwar funktional aber abgenutzt und lieblos zusammengestellt. Keine Haken oder Regale in den Bädern, Keine Garderobe.
Der von einem Gast erwähnte verstopfte Abfluss am 15.12. war 3 Wochen später noch vorhanden. Alle Batterien der Fernbedienungen waren leer oder fast leer.
Eine davon war für die Steuerung des Klimageräts, die bei den kalten Temperaturen auch als Heizung dient!
Für Ersatz wurde nicht gesorgt, obwohl es bereits bei Übernahme der Wohnung festgestellt wurde.
