It’s a little far from the cathedral area and restaurants if you are there to sight see. However, the price and great accommodations were the trade off. Worth the $12 Uber or 45 minute walk.

Very clean, spacious, good balcony, easy access system, concierge very polite and helpful, lockers to store luggage in.
The boiler kept dropping out after each shower so the water was cold. Not great as we had 5 people in the property. The hosts were responsive and sent people out to fix it, and one of the repair men showed us how to fix it when it dropped out, but it was still very annoying to have to reset the boiler after each shower. The oven and induction hob were also very difficult to use and kept turning themselves off.
