The location was pretty good, and most importantly, safe. There was even a children's playground opposite the apartment.
I liked that it was spacious and fully air-conditioned, and that it had a combined bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There were three doors to get to the apartment which I thought was pretty secure and the block is served by a lift. The apartment was clean.
It was a little tired-looking in the bathroom. The bath was chipped and the vanity unit was damaged on one side. When I used the hob and oven at the same time while the a/c was on in the living room, the power went out. I just flicked back the switches
