We had a pleasant stay at Mercedes. Location wise, a bit far from the tourist spots, the city and the train stations. But very near to groceries, pharmacies and local restaurants. Quiet at night, occasional motorcycles that pass at night with loud engines. Has a lot of power sockets. The bathroom shower is bit cramped and the sofa cover needs to be changed. As for cleanliness, it needs improvement as some hairs were not vacuumed. They provide supplies for doing your laundry and dishes. The property is a bit dated but a little improvement and design would make it better. Will stay here again.

Just perfect. Exceptionally good for Barcelona! Have never been to an apartment that is so clean, well arranged for, renovated perfectly, everything present (even small olive oils tabs for if you want to cook). Much water pressure in the shower. Mercadona around the corner. Quiet street. Just perfect. Hope to be back next year!

Compared with its room size, bathroom is too narrow to take a shower comfortably. Staff were nice, but the airport pick-up service partner was awful! We called two cars, one didn't arrive on time, another didn't even appear at all. Strong recommend booking a taxi by yourself!

Stayed 6 nights in what was supposed to be a above standard apartment! Beds need to be replaced, they have sunken, showers hot water is enough for 1 person and water leaks into bathroom and they leave a mop for you to clean, couch in lounge should be thrown out, its not safe to even sit on! Wall plug sockets are coming out of the wall. Security guard at night thinks he owns the building talking to his family back home sitting at reception talking so loudly everyone can hear him! Had to tell him to shut up at 2am! Would have checked out the same day but it was already paid for 3 months prior. Staff basically did nothing when it was brought to attention! Overall, don't waste your money, its truly not worth it, look for another place..
