About this space

This apartment in Barcelona has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice
living room and large balcony. It has a capacity of 5 people.

The space

This spacious and comfortable apartment is located on Provença Street,
right in the heart of Barcelona, with excellent connections to the city
center and the main tourist attractions.

The apartment features 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 single rooms) and can
accommodate up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families or small
groups looking for space and comfort.

It is fully equipped and offers an elevator, balcony, terrace
furniture, Wi-Fi, and a TV. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub
and the other with a shower. A hairdryer and iron are also available
for guests.

The apartment includes air conditioning in the living room, fans in
each bedroom, and central heating, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout
the year.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer,
washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary
kitchenware.

An ideal home base to enjoy Barcelona from a central, lively, and
well-connected location.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited to smoke in the apartement and on the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

- Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to that of the police)

Guests have full access to the apartment.

Staying on Provença Street means being in the heart of the Eixample,
one of the most iconic and well-located areas of Barcelona. From here,
visitors can explore the city on foot and enjoy a perfect combination
of culture, architecture, gastronomy, and local life.

Just a few minutes’ walk away are some of the most iconic works of
Catalan modernism, such as La Pedrera (Casa Milà) and Casa Batlló, true
masterpieces by Antoni Gaudí that amaze both with their exterior
architecture and interior designs, including rooftop terraces. Walking
through these streets is like strolling through an open-air museum,
full of historic buildings and unique details.

Nearby is the Passeig de Gràcia, one of the city’s most elegant
avenues, ideal for a leisurely walk, shopping, or simply sitting at a

Great spacious apartment in the heart of Eixample. Easy to walk to places and close to metro and buses. Rooms and kitchen are great. Washer was very helpful. Ana was really helpful at checkin and was responsive with any questions. Overall a great stay. Some specifics: A/C is only in the family room. Bathrooms are ok. Shower in one of the bathroom sprays outside easily making the bathroom wet. So we ended up using just one shower.
