About this apartment rental
Located in the famous district of L'Eixample, in the center of Barcelona, just steps from Avenida Diagonal and a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, it is fantastic for a family vacation visiting the city of Barcelona.
It allows you to visit Barcelona's main tourist attractions on foot. Easy access to public transport (subway, bus, tram, bicing).
A fully renovated apartment of 130 square meters, with a capacity of up to 7 people. It consists of four bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a gallery and a comfortable dining room of 35 square meters.
The apartment has 3-meter-high ceilings decorated with Modernist-style moldings and original early 20th century doors.
Apartment includes cleaning, laundry and towels.
For medium and long stays, cleaning and laundry are available.
In this apartment we take the respect to the neighbors very seriously. This is a quiet neighbour community, and noise and loud voices are not allowed after 9pm and until 9am, so as not to disturb the neighbors rest.
We also ask you to respect the common areas of the building, lobby, stairs, elevator. Thank you very much.

The apartment was great beds were comfortable and sufficient linens. The location was further away but we felt safe and comfortable.
Enrique was fabulous and explained the apartment and how to work the appliances and windows.

Property was in a nice, safe area but a little further out than expected....lots of shops, bars and restaurants in local area but quite a good walk 30/40 mins to la ramblas etc.
Apartment was spacious and well equipped with added bonus of 2 bathrooms.
BUT....2 of the 'king' bedrooms were small with poor storage for clothes etc. The main problem was the air conditioning...this is only in the main living room which is poor and only in one bedroom at the front...the other 3 are extremely hot with only a fan which makes no difference. We had to switch rooms every night and someone sleep on the sofa to allow us to get some sleep. This was reported to the realty, had a response back but not resolved....very poor service.
