About this apartment rental
This apartment is the perfect option for large families holidays or for its space, privacy and easy access to all the most important points to visit in the city.
The apartment has had a modern refurbishment; the living room has a large sofa and views of the main street. On the other side of the apartment, one of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast,cup of coffee enjoying the good weather. The 3 bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, including one a king size bed and there are 2 bathrooms. Like all of our apartments, this apartment comes with complementary Internet access, an elevator, air conditioning and heating, and our quality service.
The apartment is located in a safe and clean part of Barcelona, the Diagonal. This avenue is one of the longest in Barcelona, full of restaurants, trendy clothing shops and boutique stores. It is also an ideal place to run, cycle or skate. The access to the city centre is very easy from here. You have the Barcelona Tram, taxis, and buses as well as being able to walk to some major sightseeing points.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Ignacio and team were very helpful in the checking process
and were great communicating and supporting me and my family during our stay accommodating to all our needs. The location of the place is excellent, we really felt at home. Thank you

Great thing for us was the elevator in the building- one on our party is elder so needed that. Good place but a few notes: fan in the bathroom was so noisy it reverberated. The patio had chairs but 2/4 were broken and there was construction debris on the patio. Very dark kitchen and dining room, great window in the living room. Laundry machine and dishwasher worked well. There was a live cockroach running about- when checking out you have to walk the garbage and recycling around the block. On arrival the WiFi wasn’t working so we had the hosts come fix for us. They were very responsive- for a big City older apartment it worked well for the 6 of us.
