Eine saubere Ferienwohnung mit top Lage, aber einigen deutlichen Schwächen bei Komfort, Geräuschkulisse und Erreichbarke
Zentrale Lage: Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum von Warnemünde – Strand, Bahnhof und Einkaufsstraße sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausstattung: Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen geeignet: Für zwei Gäste bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Komfort.
Veraltete Einrichtung: Die Ausstattung ist alt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Nicht seniorengerecht: Nur eine Badewanne, keine bodentiefe Dusche – für ältere oder mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen ungeeignet. Lautstärke: Sehr laute Lage direkt an einer belebten Straße – Schlaf ist nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich. Erreichbarkeit: Schlüssel muss im Büro am Leuchtturm abgeholt werden, das nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenfalls nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Schlafkomfort bei mehr als zwei Personen: Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer muss genutzt werden. Wohnzimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln – es ist dort sehr hell, was den Schlaf stört.
