Dreamyflat - loft opera

Location is awesome, it's very well connected and has access close (15/20 minutes walking distance) to several touristic places. The flat itself is a whole unit inside of an apartment building which was not noisy or complicated to get into (self-check in process)

The apartment is a couple of touches from being an excelent location. The flat itself has most of the needed accomodations (kitchen, heater unit, utilities, etc) but there was a couple of things that either looked like can be fixed, but were not done. Some walls in the bathroom like like they had some fix done recently and are not properly painted and there's a window without any way of blocking the view, from where neighbours can see you inside while they get out from their apartments

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Etwa eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Gare du Nord/Est und gut mit der Metro erreichbar. Es gibt gerade genug Platz für vier Personen.

An der Decke im Bad ist Schimmel, die Unterkunft wirk insgesamt heruntergekommen und riecht modrig. An vielen Stellen sind Beschädigungen, etwa ein übermaltes Loch an der Tür zum Badezimmer und lockeres Parkett. Es gibt nur kaltes und stark gechlortes Wasser. Es mangelt zudem an Ausstattung wie einem Geschirrtuch, Handseife und Spülmittel. Der Tisch in der Küche ist sehr klein und tief. Ein Kissenbezug auf der unbequemen Schlafcouch war zu klein und außerdem dreckig. Beim Einchecken waren uns die Anweisungen mit dem Zugang zum Innenhof und der Schlüsselbox unklar.
