I would recommend that during summer if they keep a pedestal fan for the rooms we would have a good nights sleep. And also the bunk bed was very shaky my kids were scared to sleep on the bed.

The kitchen is very new and well-equipped and there is a terrace with fresh air. Parking is directly in front of the apartment.

I was not aware of the very steep stairs to get up to the apartment as well as the super dangerous stairs to the sleeping rooms - the last few steps you basically have to crawl. It is terrible and very inconvenient. Why was this not mentioned in the description? Also, it took really a long time to get the invoice despite calling the owner a few times.

Spacious apartment in a well connected part of the city, but with some odd design choices!

The apartment is spacious, and the terrace is great. The bathroom is big, and separate from the toilet, so great if there's a lot of you!

The toilet is very small. It's very difficult to use if you are tall as your knees are crushed against the wall. The stairs in the property are also very steep, so you need to be extra careful with kids or if you have had a drink!

Great location and vibe

Very spacious, comfy couches and very nice owner! Located in pretty quiet area close to city center and Sportpaleis. We chose this property because we went to a concert there, it was just a short walk back afterwards :-) Cool furniture and props inside.

Hot stay in Antwerp

Location was good as we were going to a gig. bathroom with sep shower/bath ,kitchen was amazing!!!! I cooked up a storm in that bad boy! Balcony lovely .... Alittle hot 🔥. Lots of space to relax! TV had Netflix set up for us lovely touch. Close to bus stops. Host was lovely ,let us stay past check in!

Stairs were very steep! It's a loft bedroom set up,during a heat wave without aircon or fans ...wasn't very nice! Opening the windows helped but then we got eaten alive 🤣.

The stairs to the bedroom were rather steep, but this is unavoidable. We would advise guests to park in the correct direction when parking.# Antwerp still has the parking law of parking in the direction of travel.

We booked this flat because of free parking . The parking was always occupied by another car and there is no parking available in the street. We lost time for searching parking space every time and had to park a few streets further. This should not be sold as free parking space as this is incorrect information.

Very spacious apartment with terrace. Fully equiped kitchen, possibility to park right at the front of the main door was convenient. Clean and cozy like feeling makes it perfect choice for travelers who wish to have some extra space comparing to hotel room.

Fijn appartement, parkeren matig

Fijn, ruim appartement. Schoon en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt.

Ik vond het contact slecht. Ik wilde vragen hoe het zat met parkeren, omdat ik op voorhand zag dat het betaald parkeren was in de straat. Ik kreeg na meerdere dagen pas een vage reactie. Daar aangekomen stond een andere auto op de plek voor het appartement. Let op: je auto moet echt op die plek staan, anders moet je gewoon betaald parkeren. Gelukkig kon ik de eigenaar van her appartement telefonisch bereiken en toen was het snel geregeld en konden we de auto verplaatsen, maar zorg dus dat je niet op tijd staat als je arriveert. Je hebt kans dat je eerst iemand anders van de plek moet wegsturen...

Prima verblijf voor een evenement in de Afas dome.

De ligging is uitstekend voor een evenement in Afas dome, op loopafstand. De ruimte is voldoende, het is netjes en de slaapkamers ruim genoeg. Parkeren kan voor de deur maar in de straat is het erg vol. Na drie rondjes kwam een meneer zijn auto weghalen die kennelijk op de plek van het appartement stond, toen konden we voor de deur parkeren.

De stijle trappen in het appartement en welke je af moet in de nacht om naar het toilet te gaan.

Mooi ruim appartement met steile trappen.

Een heerlijk ruim appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Aan een niet al te drukke straat. Op een prima loopafstand van het sportpaleis. Parkeren voor de garagedeur is gratis, maar is niet claimbaar. Dus iedereen kan zijn/haar auto er neerzetten.

Tegenvallen is het niet, maar wel iets waar potentiële gasten mogelijk op moeten letten,: de beide trappen (woonkamer/keuken/badkamer en wc zijn op de eerste verdieping en slaapkamers op de 2e) zijn vrij steil en smal. Dit maakt het appartement minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Fehlern

Eine schöne Wohnung am Rand vom Stadtzentrum. Originell und mit guter Ausstattung. Wir waren aber nur eine Nacht da und brauchten daher nicht viel.

Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern im oberen Stock ist tatsächlich sehr steil. Das ist natürlich baulich bedingt und sicher nicht leicht veränderbar. Aber ein zusätzlicher Handlauf im oberen Bereich wäre nicht verkehrt. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war anfangs gut, aber unsere letzten Anfragen wurden nicht mehr beantwortet. Vor allem die Frage zum kostenlosen Parkplatz. Wir haben auf der Straße parken können, was zum Glück sonntags kostenlos ist. Auch etwas nachteilig: die Wohnung befindet sich in der Antwerpener Park-Sonderzone - und PKWs müssen vor der Einfahrt registriert werden - ansonsten wird es teuer!

Parking, duża przestrzeń mieszkalna, dobre wi-fi, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (chociaż gniazdko do czajnika było na podłodze).

Strome schody. Nie kwestionuję tego, że były. Kwestionuję fakt, że brak takiej informacji w opisie. Dla osoby starszej obiekt nie nadaje się. Wejście po schodach na drugie piętro, to karkołomne zadanie, a wniesienie walizki lub ciężkiej torby jest wręcz niemożliwe. W opisie była pralka. Niestety, pełna wypranych rzeczy (pewnie po trzech dniach będą ładnie pachnieć…). Brak sklepów w pobliżu (chyba że ktoś lubi chipsy). Daleko do tramwaju. Włosy pod prysznicem, to nie jest przejaw dbania o czystość.
