Decent, but needs improvements

Good location. Friendly and responsive host. Relatively budget friendly compared to some other options. Does the job, especially if you're only there for the night and then going out exploring again.

Main drawback is that there is no cover / door / curtain - nothing, where the toilet and shower are located. If you want some privacy from your roommate, you're not going to get it there. The actual place itself is a bit rundown - wallpaper is detached on a few walls, some drawers get a bit stuck and are difficult to close, the drain in the shower is quite clogged up.

Disappointed. Would not stay here again, and would not recommend for families.

Tram stop within very short walking distance (approx. 2-3 minutes) Landlord lives upstairs in same building, so retrieving keys was easy.

BED BUGS in one of the two sleeping areas - nasty!!! Two out of four in our traveling party were bitten by bed bugs all over on face and body. Poor security! The landlord only had a key to the building's exterior entrance available. He had no key to the actual apartment. Allegedly, a previous guest had forgotten to turn the key in, and the landlord did not have time to get a new key made. We were not able to lock the apartment.

Mit Abstand die schlechteste Wohnung in der wir je waren.

Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Schimmel und Spinnweben überall. Im Badezimmer hat es gerochen. Fernseher war da, aber nur zum streamen. Kaffeemaschine war da, aber kein Zubehör, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand.

Locatie appartement centraal, kwaliteit appartement slecht

Locatie, centrale ligging appartement. Appartement zeer goed warm te krijgen.

Keukeninventaris slecht en vies, te weinig bestek voor 4 personen, slechts 1 kookpit voor 4 personen, slechte matrassen ( doorgezakt), handdoeken en hoeslakens schoon maar met oude vlekken, ‘ronkende’ cv kerel boven de slaapkamer de hele nacht.

Hier will ich nicht übernachten!

Ein sehr um seine Gäste bemühter Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend auftrat. Sehr zentrale und gut erreichbare Lage.

Die Möglichkeiten vor Ort zu parken waren eine kleine Herausforderung. In der Wohnung war die "Küche" nicht wirklich ausgestattet. Zwar ein mobiles Kochfeld, aber kein Backofen und keine Microwelle, keine Kaffeemaschine. Auch insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung nicht einladend. In der Wohnung roch es nach Feuchtigkeit und irgendetwas reizte unglaublich zum Husten. Tatsächlich verbrachten wir die gebuchte Nacht nicht in dieser Unterkunft!

We hadden een slaapplek, maar daar was ook alles mee gezegd.

Schone bedden. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. De host was vriendelijk.

Het appartement was slecht onderhouden, alles was oude meuk. De gehele nacht was er veel herrie in het appartement boven ons. Slecht geslapen dus. De volgende ochtend wilde ik een senseo koffie maken. Het apparaat was vies, er zat nog een gebruikte pad in. En verder waren er geen pads.

Ruime kamers, grote badkamer, koelkast en kleine keuken. Eigenaar was super vriendelijk. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Super centrale plek. Perfect voor Tomorrowland.

Bedden lagen niet comfortabel en het was super warm. Maar kijkend naar de prijs is het het 100% waard

Absolute Katastrophe – Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!

Dieses Hotel ist eine Frechheit und eine absolute Geldverschwendung. Für den Wucherpreis erwartet man zumindest ein Minimum an Sauberkeit und Ordnung – doch hier herrscht purer Horror! Die Zimmer sind dreckig, heruntergekommen und stinken unerträglich nach Verwesung. Man fühlt sich, als wäre man mitten in einem Albtraum gelandet. Der Gestank (bei offenen Fenstern !) ist so heftig, dass man kaum atmen kann, und das Personal scheint das Problem entweder nicht zu bemerken oder schlichtweg zu ignorieren. Dieses Hotel ist ein einziger Sündenfall – ekelhaft, überteuert und absolut unzumutbar. Wer hier bucht, wird regelrecht abgezockt und muss einen schrecklichen Aufenthalt in Kauf nehmen. Spart euer Geld und eure Nerven und sucht euch eine andere Unterkunft – alles, nur nicht dieses dreckige, stinkende und laute Desaster! Wir sind natürlich sofort abgereist, da es nicht einmal ein richtiges Schloss für die Tür gab, eine Rückerstattung oder Teilerstattung gab es vonseiten des netten, ignoranten Herren natürlich nicht! Absolute disaster – Avoid this hotel at all costs! This hotel is an outright rip-off and a complete nightmare. For the outrageous price, you expect at least a minimum level of cleanliness and order – but here, it’s pure horror! The rooms are filthy, rundown, and reek horribly of decay. It feels like stepping into a nightmare. The stench is so overwhelming you can barely breathe (even with open windows) and the staff either don’t notice or simply ignore the problem. This hotel is a disgrace for booking – disgusting, overpriced, and utterly unacceptable. Anyone booking here is getting ripped off and will endure a terrible stay. Save your money and nerves by choosing literally anywhere else but this dirty, stinky, noisy disaster! Because of this conditions we had to book last minute another hotel, there was no compensation from the owner or from booking itself.

Twee glazen, waarvan 1 gescheurd, wc waarvan deur niet dichtkon omdat je benen er tegen zaten, vuil terras, onvoldoende keukengerei Ruimte die met wat onderhoud wel unieke locatie zou kunnen zijn.

NIE MEHR WIEDER!!!!!!

Das Apartment lag fußläufig zu unserem eigentlichen Reiseziel (Trix / Antwerpen); Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür, relativ großer Raum, gutes WLAN.

Das Bad und vor allem auch die Toilette waren im gleichen Raum wie der Ess- und Schlafbereich - ohne Tür, ohne Zwischenwand, ohne Ventilation - eine absolute Zumutung!!! Es kann sich jeder vorstellen, wie extrem unangenehm und eklig es ist, seinem Mitbewohner vom Esstisch aus beim Stuhlgang zusehen und -hören zu können!!!! Als mein Begleiter daraufhin einmal in ein offenes anderes Apartment zum Stuhlgang ausgewichen ist, wurde er vom Vermieter noch dumm angemacht. Das Apartment war größtenteils heruntergekommen, die Tapete blätterte ab, über der Dusche waren deutlich erkennbar Schimmel- oder Stockflecken (Wasserschaden). Die angeblich voll eingerichtete Küchenzeile bestand aus vier Tellern, zwei kleinen Tassen, zwei Gläsern (die wir als Zahnputzbecher nutzen mussten, da auch solche nicht vorhanden waren) und etwas Besteck, einer Pfanne, einer Herdplatte und einer sehr laut laufenden Kühlbox. Die Einrichtung war veraltet, das eine Bett am Lattenrost deutlich beschädigt (billiges Kiefernholz). Das Zimmer liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen vierspurigen Straße mit Straßenbahn, so dass nachts an Schlaf nur mit Schlaftabletten und Ohropax zu denken war. ZUdem war das Zimmer sehr hell, da die Straßenbeleuchtung praktisch ungebremst einfiel - die Vorhänge dunkelten quasi nicht ab - erst als wir den mittleren Vorhang vor die Betten gezogen hatten, ging es halbwegs. Die Treppe war sehr steil und eng, mit schmalen Stufen - zudem war die bewegungsgesteuerte Beleuchtung viel zu kurz eingestellt, so dass man die letzten Stufen regelmäßig im Dunkeln unter Lebensgefahr zurücklegen musste.

Geruch nach ranzigem Fett und Rauch in der ganzen Wohnung. Kaputte Wände und Decken. Schimmel in Schlafzimmer und Bad. Defekte Elektroinstallation. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist.

L'idéal pour certains événements d'Anvers

Un appartement très spécieux avec un salle de bain assez grande ( très grande douche, un bonheur) Une cuisine équipé du minimum, ils nous en fallait pas plus. Mr Marco c'est même démené pour nous trouver le double pads de la senseo Internet, tv avec chromcast Au alentours vous avez tout, delhaize lidl colruyt pizzeria friterie, vous ne manquerez de rien. La gare est à 2 arrêts en tram +ou-5min de transport et l'appartement à une centaine de mètres de l'arrêt

Un vaisselier un peu vétuste mais étant 3 c'était amplement suffisant

Parfait pour un court séjour

Le logement était accueillant, relativement propre, le chauffage était très appréciable, l'endroit est calme et bonne communication avec le centre-ville

L'hébergement aurait pu être légèrement plus propre, nous avons eu du mal à comprendre le système des portes car il y en avait beaucoup mais notre hôte nous a bien aidé !
