Great location

Location was great, very close to the central train station, and walking distance to the old town. Rev and Rafael was very nice, communication was easy, Rafael was very nice, waited for us to handover the key and showed us the apartment.

A bit noisy outside at night, no lift so you have to climb 2 floors up.

clean interiors. basic kitchen stuff.

beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows and duvets were thin/flimsy. the location was right by the train station which was good, but unfortunately this meant it was very noisy even by late night hours. the neighbourhood (lifts, steps, etc) was very smelly of weed and urine.

Nice, tidy apartment near the train station

Our "upgraded room" (see below) had one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Everything was tidy and clean. There is quite a bit of noise from the street in the room with the double bed, but I think the trams stop at midnight. We got uses to it. Towels and fresh linens provided. The location near the train station is great. Close to some restaurants, the zoo, and a 20-minute walk to the centre of the older part of town.

When we arrived, we waited for 30 minutes for the owner to show up. Then he brought us to an "upgraded room" around the corner at a different address. I'm glad another review mentioned a similar experience, as otherwise, it would have found this sketchy. The owner was very nice, though, and I am glad he met us and talked to us a little bit to give us some tips.

Great for central location.

Location very easy to get to station and trams. Plenty of places to eat and drink short walk. Very clean rooms, kitchen area modern with everything you need for utensils.

Wouldnt say didn't like anything. Only suggestion would be a fan as it was very hot when we were there. Maybe mention stairs quite steep.

I would choose it again

short walk to shops and station. windows that open. spacious rooms. friendly host who responded quickly to requests. hubbub of city life.

It was all fine, a few extra touches would make it even better like an oven glove, more than one PowerPoint near the bed, and spare loo paper.

Perfect for a few days stay

Close to Antwerp Central Station and the old town is also within walking distance. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, and warm. The apartment has everything you need (dishes, towels, iron, etc.) to make your stay comfortable. The hostess was responsive and kind.

The room is on the second floor and is accessed by a very narrow winding staircase (which may be a problem if you have large luggage). The area near the front door is very small and has no railings. Definitely wouldn't consider this apartment if traveling with a small child, as one careless step is all it takes to tumble down the stairs.

Great stay in perfect location

Perfect renovated apartment in perfect location, just few meters from central station. Facilities were great and the size of the apartment is very spacious, perfectly fits a family of four members. Kids loved the smart TV. Our host was so decent and nice, thank you Rev.

Close to central station. You can walk to the flat is quite close. The flat is comfortable. I asked for a fan and he brough it to me because it was very hot in Antwerp those days.

The apartment is really easy to get to. It's about a 5 minute walk from Antwerp central station. I found the owner to be very friendly and even phoned to ask what time I would arrive. Checking out was super easy.

Perfect single room apartment near the Central Station

The apartment is very nice. I was met at the door with the keys. The apartment is centrally located. The kitchen is clean and the room is spacious.

I wish there had been some more kitchen essentials like oil and pepper. I also wish there were more kitchen towels. Body soap or shampoo in the shower would have been nice but they never promised these and thus the apartment met my expectations.

Ideal location center of antwerp

Ideal location, very central. Helpful owner. Would recommend & would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately our heating didn't work completely unknown to owners until I broight it to their attention & a quick message to the owner & we were given 2 electric heaters. The sewage coming from the shower room was very bad. We had to lift a pram up a steep stairs which was okay, not a complaint as we knew it was an upstairs appartment but wouldn't be ideal for a elderly or disability access.

Does the location weigh up to the lesser comfort and hygiene?

The location is awesome and all basic elements are there in the apartment.

A smelly apartment, where clearly has been smoked before. Furthermore it was not completely clean and there were a lot bugs and mosquitoes that we had to get rid of first. The place is quite noisy, as it is next to a busy road and you will hear the elevator from the building next door all night.

As per various other reviews about this apartment- there is ala strong smell of sewage. The owners are clearly aware of this yet still rent it out. We booked for 3 nights but did not stay at the apartment due to the sewage smell, plus a strong smell of cigarettes. Strongly advise to avoid.

Evitate il più possibile l'appartamento 9B

La posizione.

L'impianto di riscaldamento non funzionava. Quando siamo arrivati l'appartamento era freddo. I proprietari hanno cercato di sistemare con una stufetta elettrica (che però poteva essere tenuta accesa per poco tempo, poiché si surriscaldava), ma la verità è che gli impianti sono vecchissimi e andrebbero cambiati. Gli interruttori della luce: funzionavano bene solo 2. Gli altri, specie uno della cucina e uno del bagno, non funzionavano. Gli oscuranti delle tende della camera non funzionavano del tutto: uno si riusciva a usare solo a metà. Il televisore non funzionava e, provando a fare screen mirroring dal telefono, neanche il telecomando funzionava. Abbiamo trovato macchie sia su un asciugamano che sul piumino. Un pezzo del divano letto era fatiscente, la coperta che lo copriva riportava dei buchi tondi, simili a bruciature di sigaretta. L'appartamento andrebbe completamente rinnovato negli impianti, non si possono accogliere i turisti paganti così. Il riscaldamento è il minimo in dicembre.

's Nachts erg lawaaig in de wat ongure straat, appartement zelf was ook erg gehorig. zitbankje zat slecht, deels oud en versleten meubels, Aangegeven wifi-code was niet correct, aantal kapotte lampen en lichtschakelaars, ongezellig ingericht.

La rue principale tellement bruyante ! le samedi nous n'avons pu nous endormir qu'à 2 heures du matin. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres du vacarme H24. L'adresse de l'appartement n'était pas celui du contrat qui était dans une rue parallèle semblant plus tranquille. Manque des équipements dans la cuisine (même si non mentionné sur le contrat) une cafetière par exemple, un grille pain .. Une odeur épouvantable dans la cage d'escalier

Die Lage nahe dem Bahnhof ist gut, die Straße direkt etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Eigenartiger Geruch beim Eingang ins Stiegenhaus. Die Straße ist laut, die Wohnung hellhörig.

Séjour peu satisfaisant en raison des ces problèmes

Le changement d'appartement de dernière minute, (l'image présente ici ne correspond pas) par rapport à celui que nous avions choisi, le manque de notice pour l'utilisation de la TV (donc pas de TV pendant le séjour), la rue très bruyante et des voisins (jeunes gens) très bruyants pendant la nuit (rires, éclats de voix...) entre minuit et 5 h du matin toutes les nuits durant notre présence. C'est la première fois que je donne des avis négatifs depuis mon inscription sur Booking et j'ai longuement hésité à répondre car je respecte celle ou celui qui nous loge.

Apartament niedrogi i blisko do środków komunikacji.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, gdy bierzesz pod uwagę bliskość różnych środków transportu publicznego i odległość od najważniejszych atrakcji (do rynku jest 20 min spacerem), ale gdy bierzesz pod uwagę typ dzielnicy już jest gorzej (hałas, krzyki w nocy i nad ranem z ulicy oraz brak możliwości taniego parkowania w pobliżu). Apartament jest czysty a zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo proste. Kuchnia ma wszystko co potrzeba.

Dziwny zapach w apartamencie i mocno zużyta sofa. Bardzo słychać dźwięki z lokalu niżej i ze schodów. Telewizja nie działała, brak kieliszków do wina.

Las camas incomodas, habíamos reservado un apartamento con dos camas dobles pero nos dieron una con una cama doble y dos sencillas, las respuesta ante la solicitud fue nefasta, nos dice que juntemos las camas sencillas pero las habitaciones eran gran estrechas que no se pueden mover las camas
