Great apartment, excellent location - walkable to everything. 5 minute walk from train. Excellent.
The keys were easy to find and we could have gotten in, but we waited for the cleaning woman to meet us because we arrived early. She let us store our luggage until check in time which was SO helpful!

Apartment in a good location but with lacking facilities and comfort.
The location is near the city center and very close to the central station. Also restaurants and shops are just around the corner.
To enter you can use stairs or the (small) elevator.
The living room and master bedroom are quite big.
The bathroom is spacious enough and the rain shower is very comfortable.
Decent price.
The heating worked well in all rooms.
The bed for adults is terrible. We woke up with back pain every morning. The mattresses were 'hollowed out' where your body is supposed to lay. After flipping the mattresses this became slightly better, but still very poor. They are in desperate need of replacement!
There were also some bloodstains on the ceiling of the bedroom, where probably mosquitos had been killed. The light on the night stand didn't work unless you kept pressing it. There was a dirty towel from a previous guest underneath the bed.
The kitchen is small, but fulfills it's basic purposes. However all the details are off or sub par. The light in de refrigerator is broken. The handle of the freezer is missing. The freezer itself is half filled with ice. The knives are blunt. The peeler had rust on it, which made us not want to use it. There was a fine working oven, but no oven mints. There are only 4 normal plates (and 2 really big ones), which means you have to do a lot of dishes. The dining table is very small (we were with 2 adults and a 5 year old).
The wifi is decent in the living room, but very poor in the bedrooms.
The apartment is very noisy. You can hear every sound the upstairs neighbors make and every step they take.
The table in the living room has a glass top, which is dirty on the bottom side. The apartment lacks a coat rack.
The view from the windows is very uninspiring.
All in all most of the negatives aren't bad by themselves (except for the beds), but if you add them all up, the apartment is lacking in quality and could be highly improved with some minor additions or fixes. Based on the 8+ grade the apartment has on this website, we expected more comfort and quality.

Exceptional
The apartment was so great! In the centre of the city, literally 2 minutes away from central station. The apartment had enough space, comfortable beds and everything we needed. I definitely recommend.

Modern appartment on great location
Nice and clean appartement. Great location, very close to the Meir in Antwerp and other facilities in the centre. Friendly host that came by on the first night of our stay asking wheter everything was provided for. Modern style and fully equiped appartement.
Just as slight “warning” for future visitors that the light in the elevator went out for a brief second everytime after I entered and the elevator starts to ascend/descend. But it works and brings you safely on the chosen floor.

Gezellig einstein appartementje in het midden van het stad, in een rustige omgeving.
Een huiselijk gevoel, all in pakket. Je had alles wat je nodig had. Keuken, slaapkamer apart. Groot balkon. Heel proper, lekker warm (ondanks dat het superkoud was buiten).

Hele goede locatie. Communicatie was duidelijk en prettig.

Goed voor de prijs, maar verwacht niets meer.
De locatie is perfect voor mensen die de stad willen ontdekken. En voor de prijs zijn problemen te verwachten. Bijgeleverd drinkwater en bijvoorbeeld bakpapier was fijn.
De railing van de trap zit los zowel binnen als buiten het appartement. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij een lekkage gehad en kwamen er insecten uit de muur. Ook lekt de douche, loopt deze niet af en is spekglad. De lattenbodem van het stapelbed is gebroken en de matrassen zijn erg dun. De lift werkt maar heeft al snel problemen, het licht gaat bijvoorbeeld uit tijdens de reis naar boven en is ""gammel. Het bestek, borden en glazen zijn verschillend en karig.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker dakterras in het Deluxe appartement.
De hygiëne liet wat te wensen over en een rondje onderhoud hier en daar kan geen kwaad.
