Horrible host

The property was spacious

Ac was not working and the only heat source was a space heater not big enough to cover the whole apartment, one of the sofa beds was broken and the owner insisted on not helping us claiming we could still fit and there was no issue about it claiming that since we were only four there was no problem. The apartment lacked toilet and kitchen paper. Severe lack of cutlery and glasses. Wifi was insanely slow had to use my phones data and hotspot to work.

Do Not Have Your Holiday Destroyed by this Apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location only.

Having to chase on arrival for entry code, then when walking towards lift area, in lift it self and then our entry foyer area to the apartment was this absolutely sickening smell of sewer or water damage. All available bed linen for sofa was soiled and stained, then we wondered why the washing machine was operating. Well do you expect to have to wait 3hrs then the dryer working another 3hrs just to get clean bedding, all this noise after travelling 27hrs to Belgium. Then to find not even 1 roll of toilet paper, no microwave, no dishwashing liquid too clean all the cracked and damaged dish's. Then wondered why the tape on water damaged roof in bathroom, that's because when it rains the roof leaks. Then the smoke alarm should be refitted instead of hiding it in the toilet area on a shelf. Honestly it should not hold a licence for accommodation and sadly its months of similar complaints or people moving out looking for other liveable accommodation. We could not afford that option sadly.

Okayish, but not delivering on what was promised

Room was advertised three-bedroom appartment with airco. Luckily I didn't need the space as I was put in a single bedroom appartment with an airco that kept blowing the electric fuse box trigger after a minute or 2 (I tried resetting the fusebox but to no avail). A fan was available as otherwise it would've been to hot in the appartment, but then they shouldn't advertise the place as having an airco.

I paid for 3 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds I ended up having 2 rooms no doors and 1 sofa chair. No microwave and the owner asked us to buy microwave and when I asked the owner, he said he will give us the money back Bcus Jewish people don’t buy on Friday because Saturday is their sabbath day. Pls do not pay for this property is not good toilet smell and the shower floor has a mould. Poor customer service and the lift is so scary not working. Never never again

Dirty, needs a handy mans work… plug covers falling off, kitchen draw falling apart. When showering there is more water outside the shower than inside. Floors need a good cleaning.

Uncaring staff, no aircon, a shame.

In a good location near the station and short walk into the town. Opposite a nice park and public bikes to rent. It was clean, bed comfortable. Easy to access.

Air conditioning did not work. A tiny fan was provided for the bedroom instead. Not informed beforehand by the property. It was 30+ degrees so could not sleep it was so hot on a third floor apartment. Staff: I messaged when realising the aircon wasn’t working. Got a message back with an image of a fan saying “you have the small” “AIR-CONDITIONING NOT WORKING YET”. No follow up the next day on the aircon or for checkout. They didn’t seem to care. Awful that I was not informed on this as this was a condition I needed on booking the apartment otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere.

Roomy apartment close to amenities.

Location is near to train station. It is a an ethnic location so we felt a bit uneasy at times. Apartment itself was roomy. Good shower and bed. Had a washing machine with dryer. Little Italian restaurant down the road was good for a take away meal.

No hot water in the kitchen, no tea towels to dry the dishes. No clothes drying rack. Just needs a few extra little things to make it so much better.

An unpleasant expierenced we moved out after one night.

To be fair, the appartement could be quite nice if the description given were true and more effort put into cleanliness. We expected three separate bedrooms, we found two, one of which open - I.e. without door - to the living room. Yes there are enough beds to sleep six or more. But that is not the point when you want three separate bedrooms. Upon arrival the appartement was very cold. One can accept that in the name of saving energy. But one does expect to find a manual how to work the heating. No microwave though listed as equipment. Also very bad, impossible to lock the door from inside the flat. Yet the worst, the questionable hygiene: an open bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom and a tube of topaste lying in a corner. To top it all, the bedsheets: obviously already slept in, covered in hair. Despite the late hour we washed the sheets and the hairs disappeared. So I do not believe my contact for the flat when he said the sheets had been washed, or maybe they had weeks ago. As for the washing machine, again instructions how to work it would be helpful and the same for the TV. The staff/ contact was not particularly helpful or hospitable (I suspected that already when asked about breakfast possibilities in the neighbourhood and received a curt answer) After our first night, we moved out and took two rooms in the hotel opposite ( not fabulous) one of us staying in the flat. We did not ask for refund, but we contacted booking immediately. True description of the flat, some manuals how to work appliances and clean sheets and the flat would get better marks. And friendlier more hospitable interlocutors.

Wrong description

We booked the apartment for 5 people. The description said 3 separate bedrooms and 3 living rooms. However they were only 2 bedrooms and a living room. We didn't get any bedding for the 5th person. Nobody replied to my message!

Communication with the host is consistent and responds immediately for any inquiries. Location is good and nice furnitur

It’s close to Antwerp central station, shops, and supermarket. The building also have an elevator which is helpful for your luggage. Would be nice to stay again.

Looking inside of the apartment seems nice with two tv (which I was very happy) one in bedroom and the other one in living room. However there are some issues that needs to improve such as: * spots on the floor * hair from previous guests both sofa and bed * used toilet paper * lack of condiments * coffee is not available * rug in the bathroom

La stanza non era pulita,abbiamo trovato molta polvere,non c era il phone e come scusante ci è stato detto che era stato rubato dal cliente precedente (non è un problema nostro),nemmeno una scopa per pulire la stanza visto che abbiamo trascorso due notti per togliere le briciole da terra trovate al nostro arrivo.

La ubicación, zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de la estación de trenes

La ducha funciona muy mal el grifo de la temperatura y el agua sale para pelar pollos, la mampara es corta y se sale el agua, las sábanas estaban dentro de la lavadora, no había jabón de ducha en el dispensador de jabón, no hay una sola cama, son todo sofá camas, uno de los sofá cama está roto y no se puede usar como cama, éramos 4 y finalmente fuimos 2, como mucho el apartamento está acondicionado para 3 personas, tienen banquetas para la mesa/comedor y solo tienen 3, si hubiéramos sido 4, uno come de pie o sentado en un sillón

Апартамента беше описан като двустаен, а е студио с отделено с преградна стена спално легло. Останалите два дивана бяха в същото помещение, и това е много неудобно за 5 човека, които не са двойки, Диваните бяха тесни и неудобни за сън.Едното легло беше заредено с мръсни и на петна неизгладени чаршафи.Писахме на хазяина, за да питаме от къде да си вземем чисти, но той ни отговори на другия ден по обяд.За всеки имаше оставена само голяма хавлия, без малка за лице, ръце, кухненска. Банята и тоалетната не можеха да се ползват от разлини гости едновременно, защото през общото помещение се минава за тоалетната, а там е душа, който е със стъкло. От душ зоната излизаше много вода при къпане и нямаше с какво да се подсуши. В кухнята липсваше кафемашина.

Все добре, але трохи слабеньке наповнення кухні та кімната без дверей

Є ліфт, безключовий доступ, чуйний персонал, стильний ремонт, чисті апартаменти, велика ванна кімната з двома раковинами. М'які комфортні ліжка. Хороше розташування в Діамантовому кварталі та поруч з парком і магазином.

Наповнення кухні: мало видів посуду, чашки, кілька плоских і кілька глибоких тарілок, каструля та уже не в найкращому стані пательня-вок. Не вистачало каструлі побільше, невеликої пательні, келихів, дошки для нарізання, великого ножа, друшляка тощо. Також нема де сушити посуд. Ніякої кави та чаю теж не було, як і кавоварки, тільки чайник. Також не вистачало якоїсь олії для смаження, хоча були сіль та спеції. З критичного: якщо в одній кімнаті були хоч якісь розсувні двері, то в іншій сусідній кімнаті їх уже чомусь не було.

Correct dommage pour l'odeur dans l'appartement

L'appart était correct joile avec 6 couchages. l'endroit est bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Certain draps étaient déchiré et couettes sentaient mauvais ainsi que les taies d'oreilles, il en manque également . Manque d'udtancils de confort dans la cuisine ( une cafetière, un micro onde....)

Lo mejor la ubicación

La referencia del apartamento ponía dos habitaciones dobles( no dos estancias con sofá cama) indicaba que había microondas y horno,que tampoco había,no teníamos ni una escoba para poder barrer y quitar el polvo y alguna telaraña,la ropa de cama debería de estar guardada en bolsas debajo del sofá y no sin nada cogiendo polvo…. Creo que es bastante mejorable la estáncia,para más de dos/tres noches no está acondicionado.
