After the bad reviews of it being cold, dirty, not comfortable, noisy and many other, it actually happened to be completly perfect (atleast our room that we choose) amazing view of anterrp, best location, clean rooms fully equiped eith cooking and other materials, has big fridge, oven, microqave, dishwasher you name it. The key pickup system was amazing easy and took 30 seconds, very kind staff that did effort for you and patient, and the checkout is even easier as you just leave the keys in the apartment. This apartment exceeded my expectations and i didnt really understand the bad reviews as they seem to improve alot, also for the cheap price of 48€ for a late booking of the same day, will come back to this!
Just a little ciggarete smell in the elevator but nothing else

Perfect view on the Opera esplanade and the sunrise in the morning
Good amenities
Very close to the train station and the shopping area
Not so clean, the walls needed refreshing, the bathtub was clogged, worn bedsheets

The kitchen was Nice and there was space
The dishes seemed un washed after 5 m in the shower it would get cold
The Windows cant open
And it was just cold at night
