It was spacious

Bathroom and hot water, people smoking in rooms next door to mine which came into my room, although they say it’s a non smoking complex. No smoke detectors in apartment, no fire alarm call points. Next to the room my daughters had, flat had a dog inside that barked a lot. Policy says no dogs. On the last night new people moved in to flat next to my daughter and were playing loud music and smoking cannabis. It made everywhere outside stink. When you complain or send messages to the host, they don’t reply. I wouldn’t go back. Beds were old , springy and need replacing. I also had no water for the first night or morning. Couldn’t use toilet, shower or even wash hands. Had to call the person who gave us keys several times before they told me to connect the water in the bathroom through a cabinet!

Very clean, the apartment have everything you need. Even drying rack and ironing table, the kitchen is well equipped, filter coffee machine and kettle for tea.

I recommend a mop for the bathroom, because a lot of water is going out when showering.

Amazing view to the Pirin Mountain

The host did a last minute upgrade to an apartment with the best view of the building and we appreciated. The apartment is warm and cozy. The location is great.

The dishes and cups were found not very clean. There is an elevator in the building but it doesn't work.

Good

The apartment was spatious, clean, warm enough and hot running water. We liked the location, close to one of the main roads and to a minimarket. The view was nice and we also liked the balconies. We stayed 7 nights and the cleaning staff took care of garbage and replaced the towels daily. The kitchen was ok, with most appliances and utensils needed, although not great. The furniture and beds were ok.

The elevator did not work (and no effort was made to fix it during our stay) and getting up with all luggage four pairs of stairs was painful. As there was no reception and no deposit room for ski boots, we had to go up and down with some of the gear every day. The kitchen had no microwave oven, no toaster and the fridge was not very spatious. The WiFi was ok in one rooom but poor in another, as the router was on a different floor. The bathroom had an oversized window and an undersized radiator, which was uncomfortable when taking a shower. Parking was possible only on the street and we worried not to occupy spaces that belong to locals.

Beds were terrible. Furniture is old and some of it broken. Heating was turned off during the night and it would get a bit cold. Accoustic insulation was not good as you could hear the neighbours talking.

in the bedroom flashbulbs where missing from the lamps on the walls apart from the lamp on the ceiling. the electric heater was not mounted in a stable way, it was staying on two bricks.

A little further out of town, but this was great as it was away from the hustle & bustle, whilst still being within walking distance of food outlets, shops, and Gondola. Rooms were really big, and we had beautiful views.

2nd day into our 5 night stay, and some of our kitchen items had been removed by the cleaners, so we had to call them and ask for them back as they took the only pan, and we were planning on cooking that eve. They came to clean every other day, despite it being self-catering accommodation that was only booked for 5 nights. If this had been made known in booking, we would have requested against a cleaning services as it was not required. There was also a random tube that went from the boiler into the bath tub that whenever you needed hot water, would start pouring water out of, so it meant we couldn't really use the bath without removing the tube and making a mess on the floor.

The rooms are clean, warm in bedroom and living. Staff is very kind and willing to help.We stayed for 7nights and we had the linen and towels changed once, also the garbage took twice. Very good location near Billa supermarket and 10min walk from.gondola.A small store is right in front of the building. Very good balance quality-price.

The bathroom window couldn' t be closed entirely and was cold. There was a heater above the door, but was not able to warm the entire door. In the other apartment, this heater was missing :(. The kitchen can be better equiped with cooking pots.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment on a good location. We called the reception 15 min before arrival and nice and polite gentlemen was waiting for us to give the keys. When we entered the heating was working and it was nice warm and cleen. Small shop just in front of it plus you have big supermarket ( Billa ) just 5 min walking distance. Kitchen was fully equipped so if you want to do some cooking you have all you need.
