Cozy loft

We stayed at the loft for 4 nights and we loved it. It's exactly like the pictures and the vibe is super nice with all the plants, light and furniture in wood. We had a smooth check in and the place was perfectly clean and equipped. The host Juan was very kind and helpful. The location is good, you are in the center of the city and can reach restaurants, shops,...by feet. You are also close to beautiful hikes. We recommend it for everyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Bolzano!

Amazing stay and even better host !

The place was very well maintained and clean. We could walk to the center in 15 minutes. Juan was an amazing host who gave us a a lot of suggestions for places to see and eateries nearby. Definitely recommend !

Nice place to explore Bolzano & the Dolomites

Loved to stay at Loft del Talvera. Beautifully furnished, has all the amenities you might need. It was spotlessly clean. I really liked the location, it is in a quiet street near the river park, 10-15 min walk from the old town. So, you get peace while still being central and can blend in with locals sitting at the bar next door:) Also, the parking was fixed by the host. The host was proactive and helpfull. Would stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised! Absolutely recommended.

First of all, about the host. Juan is very kind and communication was perfect before and during our stay. You can feel he really cares of his guests. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It's comfortable and very well equipped. Perfect for 2 persons. Everything is new, modern style and high quality. Located at the side, quiet street. Everything you need daily is within five mins - bus stops, bars, supermarkets. To centre of the old town about 10 mins through a nice park and the river. Bolzano is nice for several days stay and very good base for trips within 3h range. Buy Mobilcard Sudtirol for 1, 3 or 7 days which a great deal for the whole Sudtirol public transport including trains, buses, some cable cart lines.

Designer Loft

The place is so cute and comfortable for a single or couple. You can cook a little, but the old town is only a 10-15 min walk away with great food options. The bed is comfortable, and the rain shower is awesome. The host is incredible, responsive, and kind. I'd love to stay again.

It's noisy, but you can expect that anywhere you stay in any city.

Probably the best apartment I've ever stayed in on my travels 😍. Amazing interior design, very cozy and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment has been rented for more than a year, but it still looks like new and even better than in the photo, now there are additional armchairs in front of the TV and a lot of plants. The location is great too. Nearby there are shops and restaurants, to the center 10 min. Special thanks to Juan for the warm hospitality, a present upon arrival and for the cozy atmosphere. The owner of the apartment is a very pleasant person who will not only tell you about all the locations in the city, but also very sociable and friendly, which will definitely add a great mood to your trip to Bolzano. ;)

Made my day

The apartment had everything - from coffee to little touches like a bathrobe, a set table for two, all cooking supplies, a gorgeous bathroom, enough space to do yoga, best ever apartment, would stay there again in a heartbeat. Especially appreciated was including laundry soap for the washing machine.

We had a wonderful stay: great location, great facilities, great value for money! Juan was friendly and helpful.

The towels, though crisp and obviously clean, carried a musty smell. We traced this back to the washing machine itself - something should be done about that. Also, we didn't find any iPod docking station as per the description. ;)

Perfect location, beautiful flat - book it now!

Briliant! Beautiful, modern apartment in perfect location. 5 Minutes walking from the city center in a quite street. Paid parking available right next to the property. Great Internet suitable for working, everything available what one could need incl. coffee machine and microwave. Attention to detail. Additionally the host was very responsive and super helpful. Absolutely loved my stay and would return again in a heart beat.

Lovely modern apartment just outside the city center

A very nice and chic one room apartment / loft just out side of the city center, giving you all the peace and quiet while being very very close to the buzz of the city center. The bathroom is a dream come true and the high ceilings and windows makes makes the apartment light and enjoyable. The parking was relatively easy with a parking lot close by (1,5 €/h) though you had to move the car for the Saturday market, but then again then you had the market just outside the door.

Only one thing was really “problematik”, the hot water tank only had enough hot water for one person to enjoy the lovely shower, then you had to wait a while. Also finishing could be better, you could se the apartment was newly renovated and a few of the last finishing touches, like electricity plugs and painting here and there, where still to be completed.
