breakfast is a real highlight and lovely part of the accommodation. top floor with great views.
shower rectangle shape makes it slightly skinny and make it difficult for large people to stand comfortably under the shower head.

Very little. 4 days before flying I received a lengthy text, explaining the B&B was in a restricted traffic area, they had no lift and parking was available in a multi-storey car park. I was also asked to give them an arrival time which I had done on booking. It’s quite apparent that the reception is not managed with any thought to guests! Had we not passed the date to cancel, we would have done so.
I wrote to them and was told they would help with luggage - after a problem with our car hire in Rome airport I let them know we might not make the 5pm deadline for entry to the restricted area. During the course of this correspondence I was told they were doing us a favour helping with the luggage! Frankly I thought we were doing them a favour staying!
When we finally arrived the male
receptionist did help with the luggage and then shot off without further ado.
The bathroom wash hand basin did not drain!
No fire evacuation details
No hand rails in parts of the staircase and into the breakfast room. We had no idea where it was and finally followed the voices we could here to find it
No waste paper bin in bedroom
One glass and one bottle of water in the small fridge - there were two of us
I think their advertising of the site borders on misrepresentation. Photos do not show the front door and the surrounding area, which I believe is a deliberate omission
