Warm welcome from Marco. Room comfortable with good aircon. Loved the 15th century heritage building and that it was right in the heart of the cobbled area of Tivoli. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.
Maybe we could've eaten an extra croissant for breakfast?..but Marco did ask us if we had any requests. The orange juice and cappuccinos were great.

Loud at night, need to park 300 meters away as the place is in a pedestrian zone

Facilities were new and excellent, our host Marco was was knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything about the place was excellent.
We had no complaints whatever and can't wait to go back in the fall.

Location, clean in a historic apartment. We felt like we staying in beautiful Palazzo. Which it really is! Ceiling in the bedroom was magnificent.
