Great location. Very friendly staff with great communication. Beautiful and clean rooms with large bathrooms and a lot of amenities. Plenty of water, fruit drinks, and pastries available.
One of our air conditioners did not work well and it was a very hot couple days while we were in town.

Sara was amazing with communication. She sent very clear instructions on how to find the property and was very helpful. Her assistant who checked us in gave us a map and highlighted how to get to all the main attractions in Tivoli and provided bus details. The room was very spacious and lovely. Snacks and drinks were provided- a lovely touch.

The place is ideally located in Tivoli, so central and close to everything. The room is beautiful, very quiet and very comfortable. Sara has been an extraordinary host , answering all my queries and even going beyond. Andrea has done the check-in and was the most charming and efficient person. I will absolutely come back to this great place.
