Beautiful large room with kitchenette and very nice en-suite bathroom, lots of natural light, view of neighbor’s garden (oranges and roses); perfect location in centro storico near pedestrian zone with lots of shopping and great restaurants, short walking distance to Villa d’Este and Rocco Pia, short bus ride from Villa Adriana. Host Paolo was very helpful and always available. We found this an incredible value - three nights here cost about the same as one night in center of Rome. Our stay here in Tivoli was really relaxing and fun, a good place to recover from our long flight.

My family really enjoyed this place. The location was central to everything, so we were able to walk everywhere, even to the train station and villas. Being in the Old Town was really fun and charming. Our unit was super clean. The breakfast was traditional Italian style with a wonderful coffee/hot chocolate machine. Our host was helpful, flexible and fixed things quickly when we needed help. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day ourselves!
I would have liked more protein for breakfast like boiled eggs, sliced meat or something. I realize that's probably not very Italian, but it was sugary and high carbohydrate for what I am used to. There was cheese and yogurt, but otherwise it was pretty much bread and cakes.
