Paolo is a nice host
Everything was perfect except steep staircase in the building. Very hard to climb
For breakfast it would be nice to add some eggs and may be cheese.

The staff was exceptional and went over and above to help us during our stay. Apart from being very welcoming, Sig Paolo did hos best to help us with a lost suitcase after we left the accommodation. We will never forget it. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. Breakfast (italian style) was great and again the lady was kind and friendly

Location is not bad - 7 mins walk from Villa d’Este and 2-5 mins from center. Parking place and grocery shops are within 5-7 mins walk.
No shampoo, just liquid soap. No wine glasses. The third bed was just bad - my son never complained before this time about quality. The breakfast just shameful, in fact it can’t be called “breakfast”; coffee - maybe the worst in Italy.
