Palazzo Santori

Absolutely fabulous location- busy little square with cafes and shopping and an easy stroll to tourist sites. Clean and comfortable. Quiet inside despite being in a busy area on a Saturday night. The room was better than expected from the pictures!

A little trouble getting our keys because of the way the office is set up- absolutely must use WhatsApp- that's how the phone number works. Once we figured it out (with the help of a local friend) it was fine and the manager was super accommodating and helpful!

The location was perfect as it was only 200 m away from Villa d'Este. There were also several cafes and a gelateria nearby.

Just location and bed.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and the toilet seat was broken. The kitchen was also damaged, the freezer was full of ice, and there was water leaking onto the floor. Most of the power sockets did not work, and there were no USB charging points available. The shower doors did not seal properly, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor after every shower. The breakfast was also very poor value for money. Considering the price charged, receiving only one croissant and one coffee was disappointing. On more than one occasion, there was no one available at reception when assistance was needed. Overall, the accommodation is significantly overpriced for the standard provided. The property is in urgent need of refurbishment before charging these rates. Unfortunately, if I return to the area, I will choose to stay somewhere else, and I would not recommend this accommodation to others based on my experience.
