The location was perfect as it was only 200 m away from Villa d'Este. There were also several cafes and a gelateria nearby.

Clean, comfortable bed. Street noise quiet.
We weren’t warned about stairs - our luggage was heavy and there was not access to an elevator (lift).
To compensate and avoid climbing yet two more flights with our luggage, we accepted a small room on the first floor (one flight up). Basic continental breakfast included at an area café.
No hooks in bathroom to hang towels or place to hold your small pack of shower gel which was provided.
If you have a car to park, beware because IT IS a challenge to find a space.
