Posizionato in zona centrale, vicino al park di Piazza Massimo (a pagamento, circa 15 € dall'ora di pranzo del sabato alla prima mattina di domenica), tranquillo e silenzioso.
Camera (ensuite) con bagno privato (no finestra), piccola tv. Host molto cordiale, disponibile a fornire varie info su area. WiFi fibra 100, valida.
Bagno funzionale, con acqua calda e doccia ok (quante volte si trovano doccie con scarichi otturati e flussi miseri?...).
Dotazioni camera (bollitore, mappe zona, un orario di check in più esteso (limitato a causa di problemi personali dell'host, estensibile ma a pagamento (8€) con intervento di personale esterno. Spazi comuni assenti, sola ensuite.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La camera si trova in una posizione ottima nel centro della città, è possibile raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di interesse; è pulita, curata e ben arredata; il letto è comodo. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente (acqua calda, riscaldamento, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, ecc.). La proprietaria risponde rapidamente ai messaggi e risolve ogni dubbio. È stata molto gentile nel indicarci un parcheggio economico e vicino alla camera, e ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un ristorante non turistico molto buono. Consiglio il soggiorno in questo luogo al 100% 😃

The air conditioning and wifi actually functioned, quite unusual for southern Italy.
An insanely small room, feeling more like a closet. I could rise from the bed and touch both the opposing walls and the ceiling beams. A single plug for the entire room.
Despite confirming arrival time multiple times in advance and bringing the required cash payment (quite odd these days, no?) no one was at the B&B at the appointed time.
There is no cell phone service in this medieval section of Tivoli so there was an uphill 10 minute walk in the 100F heat to find a signal to waken the host.
I recommend that solo travelers look elsewhere.
