Adorable mountain family owned hotel in the heart of Alsace

Panorama hotel has the magic touch of a family managed business. You feel at home from the very first minute: it is cozy, everybody smiles at you and help as much as they can…it is just perfect! Not to mention Assan, the maitre at the restaurant, and great barman: his Christmas hot Aperol is superb!

Everything is perfect. However, the hotel needs maybe some small face lifting to keep it up. And some scrambled eggs for breakfast could enhance the buffet.

A fantastic hotel, with breathtaking views!

Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean, and the restaurant is worth a try as everything is locally sourced. Great location for hikes and Skiing is possible within 30 minutes drive. We had a room with balcony, and its a must (if available) as the view during day / night is just phenomenal. We can't wait to go back!

A room with a view!

We paid extra to have a terrace from our room and I would highly recommend you do this, the views are amazing looking down in to the valley.

If i was being totally picky the bathroom was looking a little tired.

Prima voor een paar dagen.

Personeel goed behulpzaam. Dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer was prima.

Het ontbijt was niet heel bijzonder, voor 8:30u is het nog rustig, daarna is de buffetruimte te krap. Alleengaande worden op 2de rangs plaatsen gezet, soms met uitzicht op blinde muur. Bedden waren, na mijn smaak, te hard. Hotel is een beetje gedateerd.

Zeer net hotel met een fantastisch uitzicht

Mooi gelegen hotel met uitzicht op het dal van Munster. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, toffe sfeer onder het personeel. Kamer was in orde, ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid, net als het avondmaal. Ruime parkeerplaats vlakbij het hotel, er was een gezellige zaaltje ingericht waar men rustig iets kon lezen en drinken, en bij mooi weer had men van hieruit toegang tot een groot terras, waar men kon genieten van het mooie uitzicht op het dal en de omringende Vogezen toppen.

Le restaurant mérite une étoile. C'était vraiment très très bon. L'accueil de notre chien. La qualité de la literie.

Les horaires de la piscine, sauna et SPA sont un peu juste. On aimerait en profiter en rentrant de notre journée, mais ça ferme à 19h... Vraiment dommage.

Gezellig hotel met een prachtig uitzicht

Prachtige ligging van het hotel, met zoals de naam al doet vermoeden een fenomenaal zicht op de vallei van Munster. Mooie kamer, lekkere lunch en ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

La situation. Le personnel charmant Tout est agréable ! La cuisine et le service excellent ! Un endroit paisible.

Il serait conseillé de refaire la décoration de la salle à manger. Le sol moquette démodée. Un petit changement, chaises vieillîtes serait un net plus pour la qualité offerte. Dommage.

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique avec une vue magnifique Le personnel du restaurant très agréable Petit déjeuner copieux

Prix de la chambre (250 € la nuit) trop cher par rapport au standing moyen. La terrasse avec jaccuzi aurait pu être nettoyée, vis-à-vis avec les autres chambres L'accueil à notre arrivée étais moyen (la personne aurait dù nous accompagner jusqu'à notre chambre) Le service et l'accueil ne sont pas du standing attendu La demi-pension est peu chère par rapport au menu proposé

Superbe vue panoramique sur la vallée de Munster. Personnel très sympathique. Chambres propres, bien rénovées. Très calme. Piscine propre et spacieuse avec équipements (spa, sauna...). Bon restaurant.

Les accompagnements des plats du restaurant devraient être indiqués sur la carte (surpris d'avoir eu du quinoa blanc avec mon plat, alors que ce n'est pas un mets faisant l'unanimité !). Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (par exemple, pourquoi ne pas proposer des oeufs déjà cuits durs, en plus des oeufs frais ? + pourquoi ne pas proposer des oeufs brouillés ?) Les lits sont un peu durs (surtout si vous souffrez de mal de dos chronique), proposer des surmatelas pourrait aider.
