Avoid this scam. Cheap facilities. Cold Hotel. You will be trapped in another building not on pics!

The room costs 400€/night and most of what is advertised is not real (4* certification dates back from 2022). Hotel didnt propose any arrangement. Summary of what happened to us: *Annexe: A lot of rooms advertised are NOT in the hotel! Be careful it is like a trap. They will make you pay full price and host you in a building 200m down from the main building! If you are with reduced mobility people, every time you want to enjoy breakfast or swimming pool, you have to fully dress and climb stairs to access the hotel services. In the winter, they also don't put any salt on the ground which made us trip multiple times! (cf picture) *Swimming pool indoor is not heated at all. As a result, you jump into fresh water and hope to move enough to stay warm otherwise you're better off outside. Also no changing room and you have to put 1€ to close your locker (cf picture). *Sauna/Hamam: Never turned on unless you do it (cf picture) and they are super small. Hotel can probably accommodate 200 guests, but they can hold 2-4 people at a time. So expect to wait 15 min for them to warm up and hope no one comes otherwise you will take turns. Facilities are very cheap and they don't show any picture of it. *Mould: expect to see mould in the bathrooms (cf picture) and please don't dare to complain for the price you're paying. *Toilet bowl: not properly cleaned. You will be able to enjoy the marks from previous clients (cf picture) *Ventilation: room was cold as it was winter and not well isolated, as a result we had to keep the vent on for the whole night, very noisy system. Still, they have multiple heaters in the room but they disabled them. *Breakfast: very cheap. No menu, so you need to guess what is available, staff doesn't take your order, expect to get up anytime you need something.

It’s amazing how well maintained the rooms are. All the property is a lot more beautiful in reality. Very much old french vibe which is truly awesome. Also location 10/10, the views are breathtaking.
The stuff tends to be a bit rude, very rigid on their rules, and the dinner is a joke (pretends to be gourmet, but it’s just very very small portions poorly executed), I had to go in the city to buy some snacks after or else I would have been left hungry.

Nice enough but could be better - expect more from a 4* hotel
Comfy bed, lovely receptionist, great location.
Breakfast was very limited for a 4* hotel.... Bed was comfy but was on the floor - wouldn't be great for anyone with mobility issues. The owner (?) wasn't particularly helpful or friendly - didn't speak English, which is fine as we were obviously in France but didn't make any effort to try and understand our French (which I don't think was that bad!) :)

Really relaxing stay in beautiful setting
We particularly liked the setting, and were pleased we'd decided to pay more for a room with a view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed eating in the restaurant and on the terrace - again, the views were wonderful. The food was very good without being overly elaborate/expensive. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Our bedroom was elegant - not huge, but with the balcony/view this wasn't an issue. Nice Clarins products were a bonus.
The only thing to note - not an issue with the hotel itself - is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise.
