The property is located high in the mountains, offering stunning views over the town below and the surrounding villages. Everything feels very new or recently renovated, and the interior is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is excellent — dinner was absolutely delicious. There is also a wellness area with a warm pool and sauna, both of which are brand new and very relaxing. We stayed here while visiting the Christmas markets in Colmar, Riquewihr, and Ribeauvillé. The driving distance was very reasonable (around 30 minutes), and we really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the property is after a day of sightseeing.

We understand that the property is brand new and that some improvements are still in progress. One area that could be enhanced is breakfast. For a property of this standard, we would expect at least a couple of warm dishes. The overall food selection felt somewhat limited and lacked the cozy, comforting touch that otherwise characterizes the hotel. We would also appreciate extended wellness hours. The current opening time from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm feels quite short, especially for guests following a day itinerary, as it makes it easy to miss the opportunity to fully enjoy the sauna and wellness facilities.

Das Hotel ist optisch wirklich sehr schön gestaltet. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche wirken modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der Wellnessbereich hat uns vom Design her sehr gut gefallen. Er wirkt hochwertig und ansprechend.

Leider konnte der Service mit der schönen Optik nicht mithalten. Uns wurde bei der Ankunft weder der Wellnessbereich noch allgemeine Abläufe im Hotel richtig erklärt. Insgesamt fehlte es an grundlegenden Informationen. Im Zimmer fehlten wichtige Dinge wie Saunatücher. Obwohl wir Bescheid gegeben haben, wurden diese nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht und wir mussten mehrfach selbst zur Rezeption gehen. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Am Bett, am Kissen sowie an der Bettdecke befanden sich Blutflecken, was wir als sehr unhygienisch und wirklich unangenehm empfunden haben. Auch im Restaurant am Abend war der Service enttäuschend. Der Kellner wirkte genervt und gestresst. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach weiteren Getränken erhielten wir die Aussage, er könne „nicht ständig hin und her laufen“, was wir als unfreundlich empfanden. Zudem fanden wir es problematisch, dass teilweise kaum oder nur sehr gebrochen Englisch gesprochen wurde und man uns bei Fragen nicht richtig weiterhelfen konnte. Insgesamt überwiegt leider die Enttäuschung, da Service, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit in einem Hotel auf diesem Niveau selbstverständlich sein sollten.

Le petit déjeuner pas assez copieux .. il manquait plein de choses comme des fruits des œufs .. Le spa était accessible pour les enfants .. la piscine un peu froide à notre goût.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe sowie modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmerausstattung war ebenfalls optimal.

Es war alles super!

Très bel établissement, les appartements sont bien fonctionnels et l’espace spa (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, piscine) sont très agréable avec une magnifique vue.

Le lit était un peu trop dur pour moi mais je suppose que ça dépend de chacun.

Chambre très bien équipée et confortable , le balcon est un plus. Le spa est haut de gamme , un vrai moment suspendu. La bâtisse (extérieur) dégage une atmosphère magique et pleine d’histoire , chose rare de nos jours

Un manque de charme dans les couloirs et dans la partie accès des chambres , dommage pour le lieu Le service du restaurant est à peaufiner

Cabane familiale magnifique, joli domaine entouré de forêt, personnel souriant et piscine-spa superbe. Absolument rien à redire
